The food had enough sodium to kill a ocean whale. But that’s just my personal opinion- doesn’t mean they didn’t follow the recipe correctly or something was out of place. A lot of fast food has heavy sodium.

But staff was friendly and the food was hot and freshly baked on a Tuesday -what more could I want??

The wait was very long for a simple order of 2 slices of pizza and garlic bread; both were very cold and a little salty.

Sbarro is new to this mall. The food is good however the customer service could be better. The man has attitude and the woman seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. They are packed with people and there are only two people working. Now you know why the man is with attitude and the woman with no clue. I tries purchasing a soda only moments after I order my food. She said I would have to go all the way to the end of the line if I wanted to purchase a soda. I took by business elsewhere so I will continue to go the the Sbarro in Mall of Georgia where they have much better service and full staff.

I placed my order online and was later called by the driver who was at the location to pick up my order but was told that they didn’t have a couple of items that I had ordered. I spoke with an employee and he suggested replacements to which I agreed. When my order arrived those replacements weren’t in the bag, nor were the sauces/condiments I specifically requested either. This was the second time this has happened to me with this location. They truly lack comprehension and service skills. On top of that, the food that did arrive was cold in smushed boxes and looked less than presentable for the money spent.

The service here is terrible. I’ve been standing in line for 40 minutes now without having ordered yet. If they are out of one item and someone wants it, they do not serve the people behind them. They make everyone wait for that pizza to be made. Not to mention the employee making the pizzas was talking on her phone the whole time I was in line and was not wearing a hairnet. Her hair was not in a tight ponytail. Very disappointed.

I ate my food in the food court had to have reheated not warm or hot. I am looking at receipt after the fact. I see a tip added that I did not add. I walked to the counter 2x’s and found my own seating in the food court, you tipped yourself why because we can’t see that additional transaction being done. I don’t know if this something new???? I will not do this again.

I have had the water down spaghetti and dry pizza before. Honestly i believe the reason this place is still active can only be attributed to impulse shopping and hunger. It would be closed already outside of the mall. Took my oldest daughter on a “Mother/Daughter” date. I left it to her to pick food. She picked Sbarro. (little backstory side note, power had blinked in the last hour in the entire mall) We went there and she wanted the chicken pasta (some version of chicken parm, with marinara, water and frozen chicken patties) Whatever I’ve had worse. So we order. there was a small line when we got there and it took us 30-40 min to get through the line. Made it through the entire orderline(entree selection, salad, drink etc) went to pay to have them tell me they could not accept any form of electronic payment. “Cash only”. I inquired as to why they didn’t speak up about this 20 min. ago. To which they claimed the guy standing in the back told me. (No he didn’t) If he had spoken in the least he didn’t speak to me and confirm I heard him. They went to the back and got their manger. I expressed I had no cash, even offered to send money to anyone there(cash app etc.). (almost $60.00 for terrible lackluster fake Italian food.) He had a atitude from the moment he came out. Explained their card machine was down because of the power outage & there was nothing they could do to help me. He looked at what I ordered and said I can’t just give away this much food away. (cant or just wont?) Honestly I wasn’t asking him to do that. I didn’t even ask for him to come out. I was just in a moment of shock and trying to find a solution. We left. I’m sure he threw the food in the trash since they can not reuse it in front of the other costumer’s. Made me feel like my daughter and I just where not important enough to be helped. That man is a bully tried to put a grey cloud on our mother/daughter date. Just a mental note for anyone considering dining on Sbarro.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I only got one slice of pizza and this company tried to give me a cold slice of pizza and I had to take it back for them to reheat it. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. I see why you all have low rating now. Never again

The people they have working at this location are terrible, the young guy with curly hair and a hat had a really bad attitude, he looks miserable doing his job. The bold guys cooking was also pretty rude, none of them said hi or welcome, you can’t tell they hate their job.

Don’t buy here !!!
