The service started off great, but everything changed once I reached the register. The woman working there completely ignored me and only acknowledged my husband and his friend. I ordered one drink and ended up receiving something entirely different simply because my husband asked for something similar. She chose to give me what he ordered instead of what I requested.

I won’t be returning. I’ll take my business to another restaurant in the Tanger Outlets.

Huge slice. Pepperoni-sausage. $6

It was like two slices. Soft bread and crust. I liked it a lot.

Ten percent military discount.

I cannot relate to the low-star reviews. This place deserves better.

I stopped by to order a whole pizza. Autumn and the other guy pictures are the most disrespectful and nonchalant person I have ever interacted with. When my pizza was ready the guy in the GAP hoodie in the picture took it out of the oven and just sat it on the counter in the cold. Another employee (pictured in the red shirt) realized that it had been sitting in the cold for 10 minutes and had to put it back in the oven to rewarm. Because of the inconvenience he offered to give two free drinks. Autumn and the other guy ( Gap hoodie) laughed about the inconvenience and said that it’s only one drink and that we could pay. The amount of energy it takes to be rude to when something is actually your fault. Based on other reviews autumn clearly is an issue. This is why young adults have such a bad rep in the working world because their attitudes suck. There also is no manger available to rectify any issues that may occur. Just kids running around in circles doing what they want to do.

Customer service here is incredible! Major prior to the manager on duty, Jimmy.

I was tired and hungry from shopping all day. So, I headed over to get a pretzel as a snack. I didn’t know Sbarro was over there. So, when I saw it, I decided to get pizza instead.

Both Jimmy and the other employee on duty were very courteous snd conversational. The quality of service makes or breaks an experience. Service in this area is typically mediocre at best. So, it was quite refreshing to experience the opposite.

I’ll be back and recommend others to stop by!

Anyone in the northern VA/DC area knows that outside of DC slices, there are no decent pizza places around.

Sbarro offers a consistently good slice of pizza that stands above average and far beyond those offered from the big 3 chains.

Only criticism is this location needs root beer. Luckily the auntie Anne’s directly across offers Barqs.

If we aren’t serving root beer with pizza, the terrorists win

Simply put, RUDE!! The people at the front are always on the phone via Bluetooth. Act annoyed if you ask for anything. Males are more interested in favoring females as opposed to customer service being congruent. Completely unprofessional. Where are the adults/professionals here? Get some kind of management. During this visit, I couldn’t even eat what I got there. I was so disgusted with the service. Didn’t even grab napkins smh. I had to ask them not to serve me hours old pizza ‍♂️ simply repugnant.

Food was bad even after reheating, the guy doing the food almost dropped a platter of food, the tables were disgusting, the drink cooler by the register was full of crumbs and pizza sauce that looked like it had been there a while. Worst of all is no free refills, like come on, it costs you like $0.02 to fill the soda, probably less.
