Their pizza, although a bit pricey is still great when you just want a slice of pizza without buying an entire pizza. The only reason for the four star is it’s just located in a mall.

It’s hard to find a decent NY style pizza in the area that I like. But this is definitely it.

This is one of my nephews favorites pizzas.
Personally I highly recommend ordering a whole pie.
Yes its 18-20″ and $20plus but I feel the slices don’t do this pizza justice.
The fresh made pie is the way to go.

A little pricey however probably the best pizza in the area. Problem is they close at 6 pm and the price of a lg pizza is $27.00 plus. If you drive to Monroeville it’s $10.99 for a lg pizza. Makes no sense. poor hours and excessive pricing at Westmoreland. Disgusting with flimsy excuses. I’ll pass! Despite my disappointments with this Sbarro location it still has the best Pizza in the Greensburg/latrobe area and the price is worth it as many of the independents serve garbage nd are just as pricey. Sbarro, the best PIZZA!

Came here around the same time last year and 2 boys were running the whole store, what happened to them? They made the best pizza and always kept the line going so fast.

New workers seem bored and pizza wasn’t great

The man working at this place was very rude to me when I was picking up a doordash order. I understand that sometimes other dashers can be impatient but I waited my turn and he kept making disrespectful comments towards me. He was also very visibly annoyed towards me when I was nothing but nice and kind towards him. It made me very uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place even not when doordashing.

As long as you don’t get the sulky teenager working you’ll have a great experience. Manager was fantastic. We order a whole pizza here for pizza night. Love it!

I had the absolute worst customer service at this location. I wish I could give zero stars. The menu shows you can order whole pizzas, they are like 1 for $15 and 2 for $25. Some family and I were meeting at the mall because it is the half way mark for everyone. It’s a Sunday afternoon, two people in front of me-one is paying, one getting their slice heated up, and one person behind me, so it is not buzy. Not to mention there were two full pizzas on display. I asked to order three whole pizzas and the “worker” informed me they couldn’t do whole pizzas because it was “busy” and on weekends you need to call ahead. I was told I could order one pizza and it would be 30 minutes. WHAT??? Those ovens are huge, not to mention you can fit multiple pizzas in them! I told her I was from out of town and the sign didn’t state that and that if it was their policy you need to call ahead, they needed to get it on their sign because it was false advertising in a sence. There was nothing to indicate you need to call ahead to order whole pizzas. Unbelievably, this representative of the company actually said, “well it’s common sense that you call ahead when it’s buzy”, and again I told her I was from out of town, did not know their policy, and that they should not be advertising that you can order whole pizzas without the fine print showing their stipulations. It is false advertising, and I could see if there was a line a mile long, but there wasn’t. Common sense is at a pizza place, you can order pizzas, and also that you treat customers with respect. I will be calling management and their corporate office. Absolutely unbelievable. If that’s how customers are treated, no wonder they weren’t busy…

Best Pizza I have ever had! Went to the mall shopping tonight and ordered 2 pizzas to go. One just pepperoni and one with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. Both were fantastic! Not to mention the staff was very helpful and pleasant!
