When I tried to ask for clarity on why I was charged more than the stated prices I was ignored and told it was “just the tax” even though the tax is clearly seperate on the receipt.

Stopped at this service center to get some gas, decided to grab a quick slice for the rest of my drive home, first off the lady spoke very softly and i couldn’t hear her, i had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times. What i heard was “no need to heat it up it’s just came out fresh” i paid $7 for the slice and drove off. The pizza was cold as heck, and it was disgusting probably because it was cold since I’ve had sbarros before and they have been great. I really hope this lady would just take the extra couple minutes to heat up peoples food.

My husband is a truck driver and had a very bad day today. After 3 hours of searching different places for somewhere safe to park, 1 hour over his hours of service (12 straight hours of driving) finally found a spot. Went inside this location and saw the employee warming up pizza for another customer, seeing they still had PLENTY of pizza left, he approached the counter to place an order and was told they were closed and wouldn’t surve him. 9pm on the dot still warming pizza up for someone else and ALL that pizza will go in the trash.

Went in to get a bite to eat got spagetti and meatballs and a salad. As she was preparing it i asked if she had cheese for the spaghetti she did not answer. She went and put a slice of pizza in the oven, after she took care of 2 other people she bagged up my order i asked again for cheese i paid her $22.50 which i thought was a little steep took the bag and began to leave, she said i still had a slice of pizza I said i didn’t order a slice she insisted i did charged me 5 bucks for it. After about 20 mins of waiting to get my money back they couldn’t get the register open finally another lady just gave me 5 dollars. This is not the first time i have had issues here but it will be the last.

I got a broccoli spinach and cheese stromboli. It was put in the oven for 3 or 4 minutes but the broccoli was refrigerator cold. An like a fes others, I didn’t get a drink, but was charged 20cents for a drink upgrade. Since thus was happening to others, it must be intentional. Watch your receipt closely.

Don’t you love when the person at the counter acts as if they can’t be bothered helping you, especially when you’re the only customer? THEN you discover later she couldn’t be bothered sealing the container in the corners, as you try to get the red sauce stain off your car’s upholstery after it spilled out of the container through the bag and so on…
