I’ve eaten here a few times in passing, and it’s always good but not great. Pizza tastes like New York style and has always been hot/warm and the server’s have always been friendly. Only complaint is that it is overpriced, but it’s to be expected given it’s in dhmc.

Really gross pizza. The sauce tastes really bad. Like so bad that I’m wondering if it was a little rancid.
The mac and cheese is great. But it’s insultingly expensive for what you actually get. They hand you a pie tin which is like 1/5th of the way full for $11.
The drink was mostly ice. The cup is larger than a MacDonald’s large drink, but there was maybe a fluid cup and a half of actual drink. The rest was ice.

I purchased a spinach and cheese Stromboli and half way through eating noticed that it was raw inside. At first I thought the raw dough was cheese, but after dissecting, turns out it was dough the entire time. The fact it is in a hospital setting, leaves me concerned for the patients who are eating here. I am pregnant myself and very concerned about food poisoning at this point.

Overpriced, can rarely get helped.
Hospital has a policy of terribly unhealthy sugar-free, diet drinks.
The price usually keeps me away, plus that they rarely have specialty pizzas available by the slice.
$4-$5 for a slice is far too much!
More acceptable would be $2.. $2.50 MAYBE MAXIMUM $3, >>with tax included<<
Further problems with their prices – There are only two prices available
1. Cheese
2. Everything else which is why specialty pizzas are rare)
If you do decide to splurge good luck getting serves. I have walked away many times when no one was at the counter – either hiding in back, sitting off to the side on their phone (or even at the counter) or generally not acknowledging a customer is present. This is a growing problem and there are other options available for lunch.
Basic suggestions for success:
!Fix the prices! and make sure more specialty pizzas are available like the supremo.

Gave 1 star because every time I have an appointment at 1030am I go here to eat. It says open at 10am but once walk over they have a sign that says opening at 1130… I got to eat here once out of the 15 times I’ve been here this year. Why have hours ad 10am on corporate website if you’re going to open at 1130?
