The restaurant cheats the customers. Food is not bad. But the service is awful. Have order twice seafood bibibamp, one dine-in and one to go. The dine-in is vegetable bibibamp and then the togo is also vegetable bibibamp, no squid at all, no any seafood in the bot. You can say one false is just mistake but two must be scam. First order done-in I saw seafood bibibamp shown in the screen and receipt. Second togo order is still the same. I was charged twice by $21, so no way to make mistake from my side. Don’t tell me I was wrong. No other order or customer except me, so no way to make mistake and twice. I don’t think any excuse will save your score. I already gave chance. I have been there several times and food got worse, full bot of quid became little pieces of squid and today no squid at all. So sad to see the quality of service and food goes awful. That’s how you treat and cheat your customers. No more visit any more.

I was very disappointed with the $20 bibimbap from this place. The portion was extremely small — after removing the foil at the bottom, the bowl was only about half full. On top of that, the ingredients felt stingy. I saw at most one piece of bok choy, no zucchini, just a few slices of pepper, and everything else was mostly bean sprouts. For a bibimbap, I expected a variety of vegetables and a more balanced meal, but this felt like cutting corners. Considering the price and the fact that this is a food court spot (not a sit-down restaurant), it really doesn’t deliver on value. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order this again.

The portion is BIG for an affordable price $12.99 each entree. Great food, super full filling. The flavors and service are great! Recommend to give this place a try. Otherwise, come to Kmart International and try out the food court. They have a 4 different restaurants and 2 dessert places.

We ordered a spicy tofu soup(soondubu) and a spicy tofu with noodle. Both are delicious!! Both soups are seafood base stock and have a deep flavor. I cannot believe thet are serving at the food court! I definitely want to try other meals!! Highly recommend

This is called spicy pork combo and this is a real Gem! Food was so authentic and as you can see there were many other side dishes and a little seaweed soup too! Everything was so delish and the portion was big enough for one! Definitely will come back to check other dishes.

Went to order “Big beef bone soup” for take out. The staff wrapped and tied the order up for me. They gave me a completely wrong order. No beef bone and gave me extra rice no side dish. Tried calling them but they don’t pick up. Never coming back.

I started ordering from SB Hans every other day for myself and/or coworkers about 6 months ago as they’ve quickly become our favorite, and they have yet to disappoint me. They provide quality food, efficient packaging and excellent customer service. The employees recognize my name at this point and greet me with such gratitude and warmth it almost makes me shy. Great spot for korean food, their pictures closely resemble what you get.
