Before coming here, I had never had Dominican Cuisine. Entering the building, the atmosphere immediately made me know this was going to be delicious. I was greeted by one of the owners, who also plated my food. They are very nice and help make my experience great! The food looked different from anything else I have ever eaten. I got the chicken, the rice, and the potato salad just to play it safe since I had no idea what it was going to taste like. The chicken was PHENOMENAL. It was probably the best chicken I have ever had. The rice went well with it too. The potato salad was also AMAZING. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is either looking for new food to try or if you are looking for good Dominican Cuisine!! It is also very clean in the restaurant. Definitely coming back again and again!

The single best Hispanic food in Orlando, sorry por excuse me. Eating here took me back to my childhood in Miami where you could get a plate of good food for a good price. Abuelitas cooking plated with elegance and skill. This place is a class all its own. And the music had me dancing in my seat.

I came here bc I had a really good recommendation but after going in it was not at all what I expected. The food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t fresh at all so I think it was sitting there for a long time. The yuca had no flavor at all and the rice was hard. I feel like it would have been better if it was fresh but they let the food sit for however long it takes to be ordered.

Authentic Dominican Flavor Alert! ️ I’m obsessed! My husband and I have been frequenting this spot for years, and the new owner has taken it to the next level! The beef stew (guisado) is a game-changer – tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their house-made green salsa (salsa de aji). That salsa is – tangy, tart, and a hint of pepper heat that elevates every dish.
We ordered the works: arroz con pernil, habichuelas, sweet plantains, potato salad, and boiled yuca with onions (yuca con mojo). Every bite was a flavor explosion! ️ My husband’s pork ribs (costillas) were fall-off-the-bone delicious, and he finished his plate (a generous portion, might I add!).
As a post-gastric bypass patient, I have to be mindful of my portions, but trust me, every bite was worth it. The food is so good, it makes me wish I could eat more! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with great music and a clean, cozy vibe. You can even grab your own soda or juice from the fridge – super convenient!
We can’t wait to go back and support this talented new owner. His passion for cooking shines through in every dish. If you’re a fan of Dominican cuisine, do yourself a favor and try it out. Your taste buds will thank you! 5/5 stars, hands down. ¡Buen provecho!

¡Alerta de auténtico sabor dominicano! ️ ¡Estoy obsesionada! Mi esposo y yo llevamos años frecuentando este lugar, ¡y el nuevo dueño lo ha llevado al siguiente nivel! El guisado de res es una maravilla: tierno, sabroso y combina a la perfección con su salsa verde de ají casera. Esa salsa es : ácida, picante y con un toque picante que realza cada plato.
Pedimos de todo: arroz con pernil, habichuelas, plátanos maduros, ensalada de papa y yuca con mojo. ¡Cada bocado era una explosión de sabor! ️ Las costillas de cerdo de mi esposo estaban deliciosas, y se terminó el plato (¡una porción generosa, debo añadir!).
Como paciente postoperada de bypass gástrico, debo ser consciente de mis porciones, pero confío en… Para mí, cada bocado valió la pena. ¡La comida es tan buena que me dan ganas de comer más! El ambiente es animado y acogedor, con buena música y un ambiente limpio y acogedor. Incluso puedes pedir tu propio refresco o jugo del refrigerador, ¡súper práctico!
Estamos deseando volver y apoyar a este talentoso nuevo dueño. Su pasión por la cocina se refleja en cada plato. Si te gusta la cocina dominicana, hazte un favor y pruébala. ¡Tus papilas gustativas te lo agradecerán! 5/5 estrellas, sin duda. ¡Buen provecho!

Hoy almorzamos en Sazón Tropical y quedamos encantados. Mi esposo, mi hijo y yo disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo: la comida estaba riquísima, con excelente sabor y muy buena presentación. Las porciones son grandes , el servicio fue muy amable y el ambiente del lugar perfecto para disfrutar una buena comida latina. ¡Definitivamente recomendado!
