This is a must!! We had been craving something street food although authentic & Sayo’s is our new spot! Fajitas, bistec & carne guisada WOW.. no tough meat nor fat tissue simply top notch meat. I got us 2 Gorditas bit extra crispy (perfect) my orden of lonches a bit crispy perfect! An order of tacos de Fajita everything on the side. They truly care and make sure you get what you order. We always get extra salsa etc & they made sure of it cause I’m making brunch with their salsa ✅

Located right across from the Arts Center of Edinburg, this food truck park is awesome
I’ve been wanting to try Sayo’s since I first started working in Edinburg and man it did not disappoint!
The service was awesome. Super nice guy behind the counter, and they’re fast! I waited no more than 10 minutes.
The portion size was giant! I could barely finish the taco! I loved it so much too. The flavor, the amount of cheese and meat, tons of sides to add to it AND they are generous with the salsa.
You need to try it! I highly recommend it! I’m pretty picky when it comes to tacos and Mexican food but holy moly this was a gem. 5 stars mang!

Good breakfast tacos, so far their version of the Q Taco is my favorite compared to others.
The location is kinda hidden between buildings, but it is a pleasant find. The parking is very minimal, you have to park in front of other businesses if there are other people there waiting.
The only breakfast taco i wasn’t a fan of was their barbacoa, a little greasy for my taste.
They make the tacos fresh on the spot, took about 5+ minutes to get my order done (keep in mind i was the first person there).
I still need to explore their lunch items but their food tastes very authentic. I will return soon.

Food was good. I had the orden de tacos de bistek with charro beans. The tacos were loaded with meat as were the cilantro, lime, and onion on the side. Service was mediocre. Not rude but no kind of friendly customer service offered. Atmosphere was great with exception of there not being any toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom. I would give them another shot though because it was pleasant experience overall.

Been there frequently since they opened up in Edinburg! They got so many great options but the Sayo’s Burger been my favorite, Lonches Progreso great as well! Would definitely recommend anytime you’re in the area! Or between classes at the UTRGV!

Great spot! Very great for speedy service, great food, and awesome service. Its walking distance to McIntyre park, the Edinburg ampitheater, and UTRGV, so this place is a great spot for in between classes, during events/concerts at the ampitheater and Edinburg square.

Love at first bite!! I ordered a fajita sincronizada and it was so delicious! We also ordered some bistec tacos and they were very well portioned and tasted great too ! Will definitely be going back soon!
