Amongst an overwhelming amount of local Sushi restaurants, Sayori is undoubted in a class of its own. Truly offering the freshest, highest quality, sushi, specialty dishes, craft cocktails & sake’s. Top quality items like Hokkaido and California Uni, Hokkaido Scallop, Ōtoro and more available. The vibrant color, texture and naturally clean taste of the sashimi’s displays unprecedented quality ingredients not to mention the perfect potion of the slices. Unique dishes like the verify of Nori Tacos, Omakase/Omakase Mini and various sushi bar appetizers make for adventurous dining opportunities. 9.7/10 for top quality Sushi and Sashimi.

The food across the board was great. Tasted fresh and the flavors really stood out in the hibachi as well. The hibachi was a great portion and I like that every plate includes 2 shrimp. Nice little touch.
The atmosphere was unique; not exactly my favorite though. The service was a bit questionable as well. She didn’t really check in with us much. The food is for sure carrying the rating here. I would definitely revisit just because of that.

Sayori is an absolute standout,. The interior immediately sets the tone: modern, sleek, and elevated. The projection wall creates the illusion that you’re dining underwater, which makes the experience feel immersive and unique without being overwhelming.
We tried a great variety of dishes, and everything was excellent. The sashimi was incredibly fresh. Each piece was beautifully presented and high quality. The chicken dish was flavorful, and the short ribs were tender and rich, paired with some of the best mashed potatoes I’ve had.
Soup dumplings are always a must for me, and these did not disappoint. For dessert, we ended with the fried Oreos served with ice cream, which was the perfect finale.
They also offer a full bar with a great cocktail selection.

Really decent food, really bad service. We happened to go here randomly on Valentine’s Day because it wasn’t that packed. For a place that wasn’t that packed, you’d sure think it was because the servers seemed to have no idea what was going on or what to do. We had 4 different servers and there was one we asked a question to two different times and she got flustered and walked away both times. I also was supposed to get mushroom soup with my dinner but they gave me miso and never came back so I could swap them. ♂️ Anyway, on to the pros: I got the surf and turf hibachi and while you don’t get to see it being made in front of you, it was really delicious and easily the most hibachi food I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. Just check out the pictures. My buddy got a couple different things of sushi and really liked it too. I tried a couple pieces but I’m not the biggest sushi fan but I will say 2 of the 3 I tried were decent.

Let me tell youuuuuu! If you’re debating on going on not…. do it. Everything we had was phenomenal. Our server was so kind and attentive. Presentation was gorgeous. Prices are more than reasonable. Drinks are great! Will 1000% be back, thank you Sayori! 10/10.

Then we got the Waygu Ishiyaki, so fun to cook at the table; and the steak was like butter it was seriously so good.
Entrees we got the teriyaki chicken, short rib and bone marrow, salmon sashimi(best i’ve ever had), and a coconut shrimp roll! The short rib on top of the bone marrow had the richest flavor and was also so soft and delicious. I mean like i said, from start to finish it was perfect.
Oh yeah, we got fried oreos and ube cheesecake for dessert. Yummmmm

Very very good!!! We got the sashimi and sushi for two and got the coconut shrimp roll. I also got the truffle pork soup dumplings for an appetizer and the fried tempura ice cream for dessert. Everything was amazing!! The projector wall is pretty cool too.

The best sushi spot in CT! We had the truffle toro tataki, nori tacos, super volcano roll, short rib app and wagyu ishiyaki. Everything was absolutely amazing..the wagyu was a must try and the sushi roll the best our party has ever had this will hands down be a restaurant we come back to!

Hey to everyone, please when you are passing by this side of Orange please do not hesitate to stop by Sayory sushi restaurant I really recommend you all their food is excellent and very delicious. I especially want to mention their fillet mignon, soul dumplings, shishido chillies and mushroom risotto. They do a very food job with their sushi as well. Their king crab was very delicious as well. I will come back for all.

What a fantastic surprise! This place was absolutely amazing. I was looking for a place with a nice bar to enjoy a great meal while traveling for work, and let me say, it DID NOT disappoint. Everything came out fresh and hot, tons of flavor. Chefs using extra attention to create masterful dishes. Suki is running a fantastic restaurant, check it out, you will not be disappointed!
