Went to this place to have lunch while shopping at the Sawgrass Mills Outkets and got very disappointed. I ordered 2 lasagnas with one drink and nothing else. I paid $32 without taxes and tip I asked if the lasagna comes with at least a piece of bread or something else and I was told no, everything else is at an extra cost. Absolutely insane and costly for just a small lasagna, not worth the money for the size. Staff was friendly, but what you get is absolutely not worth the money. Not recommended if you’re looking for a decent lunch meal.

Absolute disappointment. Using Doordash, I ordered a whole square pepperoni pie. I got a slice of pepperoni w/sausage. I ordered the spaghetti w/chicken parm for my mother. She said it tasted undercooked.

I know, especially coming from the Bronx’s Little Italy, Sbarro’s is not nearly a top 100 pizza spot compared to most other pizza places but not this bad. It’s been a while. I thought I’d give it a chance. Maybe this Sbarro’s might be different. It’s worse.
What a garbage franchise state to state. The only place Sbarro’s has anything worth mentioning is the one in St Thomas, VI. Their effort is far superior to any Sbarro’s I’ve been in.

(it was not uploaded correctly) (reviewed December 2020) I know it can be a complicated job, the cashier may have had a bad day but she can’t treat someone like that, the pizza was served in a not very clean way I’m from Bolivia and I was impressed by how clean they were. I’m going back to sawgrass in 3 weeks, I hope to have a new experience. anyway i love sbarros i hope it can improve❤️

Dean, the manager, refused to honor my free birthday pizza slice that was emailed to me from Sbarro! No wonder they’re all closing down. I had to search to find this location because every one I used to go to is out of business. Used to be a great chain. Too bad.
