This may very well be my favorite Thai food establishment and my favorite location of this chain. They knock it out the park for food, services and subtly. Quick, caring, and casual. All things necessary for a good meal and good service. Would come back more than again.

Full circle dining tonight. When I lived in Mpls 43 years ago I discovered Thai food at Swatdee on Washington Ave. There is a Swatdee in Tampa, which I patronized regularly because the name reminded of the original experience ( no ownership connection to Mpls). Moved to Edina two months ago to discover Swatdee had expanded, and to Edina. Food is exceptional.

My family has been eating at Sawatdee Bloomington for over seven years and loves it. The food is always excellent, and the servers and atmosphere very pleasant. We order from the menu, where there are so many options, including vegetarian. The servers answer our questions completely. It is a spacious place with a lot of windows. Thank you, Sawatdee Bloomington, for being our favorite family go-to restaurant!

Best Pad Thai in the entire Twin Cities! The. Best! Get the beef. The flavors and quality are perfection. Friendly service. Soooo so good!

Clean, spacious, and nicely-decorated restaurant. Fantastic food on the buffet and on the menu. The Massaman Curry was fantastic, the Pad Thai was delicious, and the Fresh Spring Rolls were really good (no cilantro, though, which for some is a plus)! The service was very friendly and very helpful. Limited desert options on the buffet, just cookies. Many options for food on the buffet – a soup, fresh melon, salad, fresh spring rolls with chicken, white and fried rice, wontons, egg rolls, and 4 or 5 different entree options, (plus dipping sauces). We ordered the sticky rice with mango as well and loved it! Children all enjoyed, even the most picky ones!

As a Thai myself, I’d had given 5-star if the food taste is on point. The salad is too sour than they should be. Pad thai is a little too sweet other that the overall is good. Nice restaurant and great service.

Good ingredients ruined by too much spice. Our meal began with promise, delicious thai ice tea, and authentic style beef jerky, followed by a tasty first mouthful of my favorite Thai soup.

Our family is staying at The Great Wolf Lodge, and we wanted some takeout from nearby. After reading great reviews, I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai, and my husband ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. Both were absolutely delicious. Food was ready quick, portions were excellent, and leftovers tasted even better the following day!

Classic Thai food in a classic setting. Great lunch and dinner menus with all of the usual curry, stir fry, and noodle options, plus some of the less common salads and combinations that you only experience in Thailand or in the home of someone who has lived in Thailand.
