Clean, cozy place with very friendly and efficient service. My colleague had the fried rice, which was excellent, strong, well-balanced flavors and a generous portion. I ordered the Tom Kha and the Pad Kra Prow; both were good, but the flavors could have been a bit more developed to reach the same level as the fried rice. Presentation across all dishes was appealing.
Overall, a very good experience. Solid 4 out of 5. I would return.

Overall great experience at this restaurant. I do agree with others that the food is a little sweet. I ordered the drunken noodles and pad thai. The drunken noodles wasn’t spicy but the flavor was really good, I would prefer more spice. The pad thai portion is huge, definitely worth the money you pay! Overall the service was great, atmosphere is better inside than out, and the portion size even better.

Ordered to go on a Monday night. Very generous portions! Pad thai with chicken thigh was good. Got the mild and I’ll try medium next time! Panang curry with chicken thigh also delicious, comes with rice. Will be back soon to try more dishes :). Looks like a family owned business, they were very nice!

I really enjoyed my meal. I didn’t get eating utensils with my order and had to go back in for them and was questioned about me asking for them. Thought that was rude, especially since I had just spent over $30 on a meal.

I recently wrote a review for Sawasdee after our last meal fell very short of all of our previously stellar experiences. I’m happy to report that night seemed like a one-off fluke! Tonight’s meal was just as we recall – the noodle type was back to normal, order specifications were met, spice levels were as expected, and portions were large! I couldn’t ask for better customer service to make things right. The restaurant commented quickly and respectfully in response to the review, provided a credit for our next order, and left us a note in our take-out bag. So glad things are back to normal and we look forward to ordering regularly! Pictured: Pad Thai with katsu chicken and Drunken Noodle with beef.

This place is a hidden gem! Haven’t had such delicious Thai food in a long time. Great service including built into the price other courses for dining in like chicken and rice soup and watermelon for dessert. Lots of variety on the menu and other dishes I would’ve loved to try also. Decent pricing and generous portions. We ordered the fresh rolls that came with a phenomenal/delicious sauce with peanuts. I ordered cashew chicken that had such great depth of flavor in the sauce! My friend ordered pad Thai and it was also SO good. Great decorations and hole-in-the-wall hidden gem vibes in a good way (you would t expect it from the outside but don’t be deterred!). Only negative was they could use sprucing up the bathroom a little. But I’ll definitely be coming back here when I’m back in town! ❤️

This has been our favorite Thai restaurant for years. The new owners have kicked it up a notch with fresh new decor and beautiful new food options. I am gluten free and they are very accommodating with changes to keep my food safe. Some of my favorites are Larb Gai, Tom Yum, Woon Sen & Ginger Lovers. The service is friendly and attentive. Always a pleasure!

FYI, they are renovating, and there is an off-putting smell right as you walk in/in the restrooms. Once the renovation is done, I think they’ll be an amazing dine in location. For our visit, the service was great, which is why I am still rating them very highly. A customer who was there before us said she saw a bug, but I didn’t see anything ♀️
Onto the review:
The service was great. Our waitress was polite and attentive. She knew the menu very well and helped us make selections.
We got the black sticky rice as a substitute for regular white rice with mango. It was very good, and the mango was fresh. We also got a mango salad, which was something I had never heard of before. It was interesting. The two shrimp on top were huge! I always get papaya salad, and theirs was delicious. We got Thai dumplings, my partner liked the filling and I really liked the dipping sauce. We also got the drunken noodles, and while they were a bit sweet for my liking, they were still pretty good.
Overall, I really liked this place. Everything was fresh and tasted good. I can’t wait to see what they look like all renovated.

Amazing Thai food!
The Mango Curry will put you in a trance of flavor and texture. A very unique dish that I have not seen in any other Thai restaurant.
Fresh rolls were refreshing and not too filling.
The main dishes came in hefty portions, so come hungry unless you want to take some home!
Also, they have an axolotl in their fish tank. It’s not empty
