We took a random trip down to Brighton on Sunday and decided to have Thai. This was the first restaurant that popped up and glad it hit the mark.
We went on a very quiet day, only one other family in the restaurant with us.
Service was excellent with an attentive waiter who made sure we were comfortable and even moved the heater near us as it was a freezing day.
Food, I love a red Thai curry and enjoyed the chicken. Creamy sauce with added spice at our request. Starters were nice and fresh, chicken satay with a portion of squid also.
Will return next time we have a random trip out to Brighton from London.

Walked in and got dinner after a long day of travel. We ended up getting one of their dinner for two options. The starters were chicken satay and spring roles, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the satay sauce was delicious. We had a duck with chilis, vegetables and chicken massaman curry. The chicken curry was amazing- not that the other food wasn’t good, but that dish stole the show. We spent some time talking with the owner- such a nice guy. Overall great meal and we would come back again!

Hi ! Even if we went yesterday evening very late and we were welcomed warmly ! The owner is super friendly and we had a very great time. The food was delicious. We had different “spice level” in several kind of plates (padthai, curry, tofu and vegetables) and everything tasted perfect, veggie or not.

Highly recommend the set menu, an enormous amount of food there and great flavours.
My girlfriend proclaimed this was the best meal she has ever had, which while I have heard this several times in the past, is still a badge of honour that sawadeethai should wear proudly.
Friendly, attentive staff and good prices.

Ordered the usual Thai dishes and wasn’t disappointed with our first time experience. The taste wasn’t overpowering my palate but the overall presentation of the dishes revealed the underlying creative effort of the chef/owner. Definitely would recommend.
