It had been some time since my last visit here and I recall why. Sushi is good. The lollipop sushi was a tasty selection. But, the drinks are nothing special. Service at the bar was disappointing for having multiple bartenders who lacked personality and attentiveness. Atmosphere is attractive but very smoky from the hibachi.

We had dinner at Sawa Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hibachi show was entertaining and fun to watch, and the chef made the evening very enjoyable. The food was delicious. We ordered steak and chicken, and both were cooked perfectly and flavorful. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively but comfortable. Overall, it was a great night, and I would definitely recommend Sawa Hibachi to anyone looking for good food and a fun dining experience.

GENEROUS sushi rolls , I think this might be the most meat ive ever had in my sushi. It was a little pricey but well well worth it. The ginger dressing was home made , and the teriyaki steak was chefs kiss. Will definitely be back !

Just had a wonderful anniversary dinner here with my husband. Sat immediately, service was friendly and attentive, and the hibachi was fun and delicious. My husband said the filet (not pictured) was one of the best he’s ever had. Barely had room for dessert but we couldn’t resist the fried ice cream. Best part – our check was LESS than $100 (and yes, this is including alcohol ) and we had so much food we had leftovers to take home. We will definitely be back

Went for a quick lunch with some friends. We were seated right away and the service was quick.

I got the Hibachi Lunch w/Chicken. Presentation was good and chicken was well cooked. The side salad was drowning in dressing and the sauce on the rice and chicken was too salty for my liking. My friends got General Tso’s Chicken and Beef Teriyaki which they said was good (not pictured).

We went there with a party of eight and we’re seated right when we got there as we had made reservations. Our waiter Tony was fabulous. He was very responsive.
The food was definitely overcooked. I had scallops and shrimp , and they were very dry. My husband prefers a well done steak , but he did not appreciate the well done shrimp. The rice was pretty bland not much spice. And only had eggs in it. No vegetables other than the one onion that was cut up for the volcano. We did get vegetables after the main meal was done. But it didn’t help the rice any.
We will try another hibachi when we have the $$ to fo so. Not rushing back here.
When the meal was done , they were all too quick to rush us out to seat the next party.

The food was not very flavorful, I know the chef tried his best effort but for the price it was not worth what was served. Chicken was severely overcooked, steak had little no no flavor and was very greasy. 12 of us left a little disappointed. They also upcharge for their entrees and their taxes when you check out. We are frequent hibachi visitors and this was disappointing.

I’M SO DISAPPOINTED TODAY 05/18.
I put a total of $117.70 for today’s crap (for 2)
This place has always been my favorite place to eat sushi and today was my first time trying hibachi, me and my boyfriend with another family total of 4 people. So my table had 6 people. Each of us was very disappointed and very angry about the attitude there towards the girl who served our table. The first time we sat for 10 minutes to order drinks, she brought drinks and water after 10 minutes. she brought plates but no forks and napkins, 10 minutes later she brought sushi, but still no soy sauce and small bowls for sauce and even spoons and chopsticks. we sat and waited for about 10 to 15 minutes and I used my hands and fork to eat sushi for the first time in my life. However, after that, she didn’t come back, we had to call everyone to ask about a few other things. Our table had hibachi, but she only brought salad and 10-15 minutes later she brought soup after the chef came and prepared to cook, not even bringing chopsticks until we asked. She did not take care of our table and we tried to be as calm as possible to ask another staff to help for half an hour, but we waited for that girl. I was really disappointed, we are always polite, but she had a bad attitude on her face and the family that ate with us agreed. They reported that girl to the staff there. I had a tiring day at work today, I thought I would have a good meal at my favorite place but unexpectedly today is probably the last time I come here and the people who sat at my table said the same. I am very sympathetic and patient because maybe you guys are busy but I just saw her trying to pay for other tables and not wanting to serve us. i was really hoping to get an apology from you because maybe you were busy today or something but i saw you smiling brightly at other tables when give them the bills and we just arrived but from start to finish it didn’t have a good ending. Finally when leaving i still didn’t see her come back to say a word. i hope you guys consider and don’t lose any more customers. first time eating out but had to beg and wait for utensils instead of continuing to eat with your hands. your food was ok with me but the service attitude today, the first time i have complained about a service staff. i also work in customer service but i really can’t accept her attitude and lack of customer care today.

Went for a BDay dinner with a large group. Food was good. They even have Gluten Free soy sauce which made it even better! The chef cooked all the protein spot on, not over cooked and tender! Menus are tri fold now and you only get one sauce, yum yum. The server wasn’t very attentive. She decided to sing happy B Day when a few people were in the restroom. Bummer. Will be back occasionally.
