The food was absolutely amazing. The menu is very simple, yet has an array of options. The blackberry Lemon Drop was nicely crafted. If you’re looking to experience an intimate date night, I recommend reserving dining on the first level, as the upper level has moderate noise, which was perfect for us. I was very intrigued and impressed with the entertainment. The service was Amazing, sending recognition to Addy, as she was great. I truly hope this restaurants remains upscale and starts to enforce a dress code. Highly Recommend you make a reservation.

The menu is a bit of a journey; the black truffle pasta is a standout dish that I would return for alone. While the crab fried rice was an interesting and tasty surprise, the crispy shrimp fell slightly short for me personally. However, the atmosphere is 10/10 and the pricing is reasonable for the experience. It’s a great spot for a celebration, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they refine the menu as they evolve.

The ambiance is so elegant, and romantic. The cocktails, the food? Why haven’t you booked your reso yet? 10/10.
The don Julio reposado espresso martini is the BEST martini I’ve had in Charlotte. The jalapeño yellowtail was so fresh, and the sauce that it comes in.. WOW. Had the ribeye prepared medium, it melted in my mouth with every bite. Didn’t even need a steak knife to cut it. Save a little room for dessert, the red velvet cake was so decadent.
The garden is perfect for date night, and even a cool place to be on Sunday’s to watch football, since they have a tv in the garden. Tyla, our server, made excellent recommendations! Her energy, and style of service was everything.

This is a Japanese fusion restaurant that provides a oasis ambiance made perfect for date night or just being out to enjoy the night life. I’m not a big drinker so I tried the famous blackberry lemon drop. It was stronger than what I’m used to but my date enjoyed it with his old fashion. I played it safe and ordered some popular items that had good reviews, the spicy shrimp and the fries, my date ordered the shrimp hibachi. The food was pretty good. Savu’ was definitely a vibe.

Came here on a Sunday night, really excited to try this new spot since it recently opened. The ambiance at SAVU is beautiful, very upscale and inviting.
Unfortunately, the experience was immediately dampened by cleanliness issues. At the bar, I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio. The bartender rinsed the glass, but it was left with visible water marks. Upon closer inspection, there were noticeable lip smudges along the rim, which was extremely off-putting. I requested a new glass, but the replacement had the same issue.
Later, I ordered the vegetable hibachi, which was delicious. However, when I requested utensils, both the fork and butter knife were dirty and visibly smudged. For a restaurant positioning itself as high-end and charging premium prices, clean and properly polished glassware and silverware should be non-negotiable. Because of this, I ended up requesting disposable chopsticks since I no longer trusted the cleanliness of the dishware.
This location also includes a mandatory 15% gratuity, which I’m fine with, but it did seem to affect attentiveness. From my observation, the bartenders were not very proactive or responsive in checking in with guests.
Overall, the space is nice and the food was good, but the lack of attention to cleanliness (especially with utensils and glassware) was a major turnoff. I’m giving this place three stars. I might return for the food, but I do question the sanitation standards.

I really love this place. The food is amazing. Whipped potatoes to die for. Broccolini was good too. Their nigiri is amazing, the New York strip is amazing, the pan seared salmon was amazing. This might be my favorite Asian fusion spot in Charlotte. It’s a little expensive to really enjoy, but worth it. I would expect to spend 200+ on a date night.

We chose downstairs and our bartender was Tre or Trey. He also has a beautiful partner, her name was Ari. They definitely took care of us and made the experience worthwhile.
We ordered the King Crab Crispy Rice, Golden Bay Wings, Golden Geisha Sushi, and Shrimp Hibachi.
Everything was very tasty, flavorful, and fulfilling.
They also have a hookah after 10 PM. I can’t wait to go back! This place will be around for sometime in CLT.
