The food is good but the customer service IS HORRIBLE. If you try and call in they don’t answer: if you call and do get an answer and you don’t speak creole they will give you attitude and hang up.
I came in the store today to order food because they weren’t answering after many calls.
The lady at the desk was really rude because she couldn’t understand me. And then was rude at the fact that I wanted to order 3 plates of food.
There was a customer who was helping with translating and she was even giving the lady attitude. And it’s because she’s working alone and I understand that but if you know you are the only one working you should not be open especially if you’re going to keep giving the customer attitude. Horrible horrible customer service.

I placed an order for a small griot, Which was the lunch special. I have eaten here a few times but today not so good. The griot Was cooked fresh as always but today I receive more fat than meat. So I called to let the young lady know and she gave me attitude about me looking at it before leaving as if I was gonna go through the whole plate to look to see if I had fat on my meat. She wants to go back-and-forth so I let her know it’s nothing that you did wrong. I’m just letting you know what I received with my purchase of the meal..The tone that she gave me on the phone was not professional, As she stated, do not lie to me as if I need a reason to when I come and spend my money there every other day for lunch so I would not bring my business back here.

If you ever want some really good Haitian food, this is definitely the spot. Each time I’ve ordered from here they never miss a beat! I normally get diri rouge ak griot complete (rice and peas, fried plantain, pork shoulder, small side of salad.)

I ordered fried goat tastes like trash. I will never order at this place again. Goats have no seasoning just plain. Three years ago I had their Fry goat and it was great! I guess this restaurant is sold to someone else. Food is garbage
