Highly recommend.
(That’s a real flower btw)
Seasonal salad was multiple layers of amazing flavors.
Sam and Alex were fantastic. Had a wonderful conversation with Kim about wine and life.
In town for rugby. Most likely coming back tomorrow.
From the moment you walk into Savour, you’re welcomed by an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between classy sophistication and relaxed charm. It’s the kind of place where every detail feels thoughtfully curated—inviting, stylish, and effortlessly cool.
Let’s start with the cocktails: absolutely amazing. The bar program here is clearly run with passion and precision. Sam and Alex, the bartenders, are in a league of their own. Not only are they incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, but they also bring a level of warmth and professionalism that instantly makes you feel at home. Whether you’re ordering a house specialty or something classic, expect it to be crafted with care and flair.
Now, the food—top tier doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every dish is a unique experience, combining bold flavors with elegant presentation. It’s clear the kitchen is run by someone who understands both technique and creativity. You won’t find anything run-of-the-mill here—each bite feels like something one of a kind.
Savour isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience—one where quality, atmosphere, and service come together seamlessly. Whether you’re out for a date night, celebrating with friends, or just looking to unwind with an incredible drink, Savour sets the bar high—and then exceeds it.
People matter and as a guest at Savour I could immediately tell. That’s their secret. In a time where service is a fleeting thought, Savour is here to save us.
It was a pleasure speaking with the owners, Kim and Drew, I could tell they had a passion for hospitality. Kim had introduced Carson, my server, when I was seated and she let me know I was in capable hands. He was an amazing. I overheard his suggestions to guests and he was always spot on. I had to let him know how good he was doing and he let me in on something. He loves to work their! In fact, everyone was happy. When I asked him what the secret was he said the leadership, professional staff, and no drama. That sounds like a winning combination to me.
I bet you are wondering how the food was. In Tallahassee can we get great food and great service? Yes, we can. BBQ shrimp was phenomenal. The shining star was the chargrilled filet mignon. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Chef Ashley runs a great kitchen!
There is a bar area and multiple dining atmospheres. They all feel part of the same world, but intimate. Reserve on open table or try your chances.
Tip well!
Hey….that rhymes…..dibs on copyright. Call me Drew. We can talk licensing. Hehe
We got our reservation the day before and we weren’t able to book a seat in the dining room at the time we were wanting but secured a high top near the bar. I would prefer to sit in the dining room next time as the bar area was a bit loud for me especially for this type of setting.
I had the bouillabaisse and it was excellent. The broth was well seasoned and the dish was loaded with seafood. I would have preferred the bread on the side with the rouille to spread myself but that’s being picky. It was simply lovely.
My husband had the ribeye and said it was perfectly cooked. Presentation was amazing.
We also added the bayou mac and cheese to our meal because I can’t pass it up. It was realllly good. Well seasoned and cheesy and also used my favorite pasta, cavatappi!! Again, being picky, but the pasta would be epic with crawfish especially with the bayou/cajun moniker.
Definitely on our list of places to return.
