Dined here to celebrate a personal milestone and my friend, who just took a bite of the lava cake desert, exclaimed: “this place is heaven” and I must agree—the food is indeed heavenly. The place is beautiful and the staff is so nice. Our waiter, Carson, was extremely professional, personable, and solidified what already was a wonderful experience.

Highly recommend.

(That’s a real flower btw)

Our Go to for special occasions. Had the surf and turf tonight even though I’m an avid believer in not getting steak from Resturants, and wow, probably the best steak I have ever had. Will continue to come back and encourage anyone reading this to try it, you’re missing out!!! 10/5 stars I wish I could rate higher.

Delicious food. Classy atmosphere. Wonderful service. Savour does not disappoint. We began our meal with the iceberg wedge salad and cherry beef tips. It was delicious. My husband got the steak frites and it was cooked perfectly. For my entree I ordered the gulf shrimp and crispy Brussels sprouts. Everything was wonderful. And the chocolate peanut butter pie at the end was chefs kiss. I will be coming back to have a meal here again. The service was incredible. Our server David was knowledgeable, kind and fun. Wonderful establishment!

A True Gem – Exceptional Dining at Savour Restaurant

From the moment you walk into Savour, you’re welcomed by an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between classy sophistication and relaxed charm. It’s the kind of place where every detail feels thoughtfully curated—inviting, stylish, and effortlessly cool.

Let’s start with the cocktails: absolutely amazing. The bar program here is clearly run with passion and precision. Sam and Alex, the bartenders, are in a league of their own. Not only are they incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, but they also bring a level of warmth and professionalism that instantly makes you feel at home. Whether you’re ordering a house specialty or something classic, expect it to be crafted with care and flair.

Now, the food—top tier doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every dish is a unique experience, combining bold flavors with elegant presentation. It’s clear the kitchen is run by someone who understands both technique and creativity. You won’t find anything run-of-the-mill here—each bite feels like something one of a kind.

Savour isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience—one where quality, atmosphere, and service come together seamlessly. Whether you’re out for a date night, celebrating with friends, or just looking to unwind with an incredible drink, Savour sets the bar high—and then exceeds it.

Experience.

People matter and as a guest at Savour I could immediately tell. That’s their secret. In a time where service is a fleeting thought, Savour is here to save us.

It was a pleasure speaking with the owners, Kim and Drew, I could tell they had a passion for hospitality. Kim had introduced Carson, my server, when I was seated and she let me know I was in capable hands. He was an amazing. I overheard his suggestions to guests and he was always spot on. I had to let him know how good he was doing and he let me in on something. He loves to work their! In fact, everyone was happy. When I asked him what the secret was he said the leadership, professional staff, and no drama. That sounds like a winning combination to me.

I bet you are wondering how the food was. In Tallahassee can we get great food and great service? Yes, we can. BBQ shrimp was phenomenal. The shining star was the chargrilled filet mignon. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Chef Ashley runs a great kitchen!

There is a bar area and multiple dining atmospheres. They all feel part of the same world, but intimate. Reserve on open table or try your chances.

Tip well!

I have to admit, when I see any food service business that has Drew’s name attached, my expectations automatically rise. The bar starts higher for Drew’s place. It is very unfair to the restaurant, but my lifetime experiences expect average to be better than average when Drew’s involved. Even with the unfair expectations, I am never disappointed. My wife and I went to Savour to celebrate a birthday. We ordered some drinks and an appetizer. Both were very good. We sat at a cozy two top. The ambience was special. It felt right. We were in the bar area and received the utmost service from the bartenders. The meal was topped off with extremely savory pair of dinners. I got the steak, since all I eat is beef (lol), and my wife had beef as well. We really had a wonderful night. Thanks Drew and crew.

Hey….that rhymes…..dibs on copyright. Call me Drew. We can talk licensing. Hehe

Savour is just amazing! The service was IMPECCABLE from the moment we walked in to the final bite of the amazing peanut butter pie!! The atmosphere is very unique. There is a very classy rustic charm that is sophisticated & comfortable all at the same time. Our server, Emory (I apologize if I butchered the spelling) was delightful & helpful. We did not wait or want for a thing during our entire visit. We were surprised at how fast everything from drinks to appetizers to entrees came out. The food!!!!! Wow!!! It was both beautiful & delicious. Everything from our shrimp appetizer to our filet & pork chop entrees were perfectly cooked. You will not be disappointed with your dinner at Savour!! We live 6 1/2 hours away in a culinary playland in south Louisiana and we will definitely be back to enjoy this restaurant.

First time in and we find a close, tight, and not intimate dining room that still has a warm feel to it. Wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, and helpful. They are skilled in being “seen but not noticed” as they fill glasses and bus tables. Food is a cajon-fusion flare. It is well seasoned and cooked to order. Absolutely delicious. Expect to pay over $100 on this gem of fine dining in Tallahassee. Without a reservation, expect a wait.

Our first time at Savour was excellent! The service was amazing from beginning to end. David helped make our first experience wonderful!

We got our reservation the day before and we weren’t able to book a seat in the dining room at the time we were wanting but secured a high top near the bar. I would prefer to sit in the dining room next time as the bar area was a bit loud for me especially for this type of setting.

I had the bouillabaisse and it was excellent. The broth was well seasoned and the dish was loaded with seafood. I would have preferred the bread on the side with the rouille to spread myself but that’s being picky. It was simply lovely.

My husband had the ribeye and said it was perfectly cooked. Presentation was amazing.

We also added the bayou mac and cheese to our meal because I can’t pass it up. It was realllly good. Well seasoned and cheesy and also used my favorite pasta, cavatappi!! Again, being picky, but the pasta would be epic with crawfish especially with the bayou/cajun moniker.

Definitely on our list of places to return.
