Food and service amazing!!! Delicious flavor and one of the best Thai food places in this area. You need to go at least once. Portions are perfect. I couldn’t eat it all. It is more than enough for one person. People complaining about it should go for quantity to a cheaper place like a fast food instead of a restaurant quality which is what this place offers. Which I would not mind paying a bit extra for better food. The price is fair compared to other restaurants around the area this is affordable.

I’ve lived here in Oceanside a few blocks from Savory Thai for 3 years now. I hate to admit it but I’m a snob when it comes to Thai, Korean, Vietnamese or japanese food, so I never thought of trying it. I finally tried it (after being surprised by Pho house on hacienda). I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised!! My daughter is gluten free and this place has one of the most extensive gluten free menus I’ve seen (which means they are making their dishes the way they are supposed to be made)! We shared the crunchy spring rolls, and she had yellow curry while I went with Thai basil. everything was FANTASTIC! Each had it’s own unique flavors, and each dish was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was much better than I expected from the outside and the service was outstanding! Everyone from the hostess to the waiter and support staff were all amazing. I’m a convert! I would highly recommend you try this place if you are in the area. It was really a treat! Next trip, I’ll take some pictures!

I was there with 7 friends , everyone order lunch specials… and we order mangoes with sweet sticky rice after meals … food was fantastic, Thai authentic… moreover when a master chef came to say hello.. and introduce more menus that we never ordered before!! This is a nice and clean place, great food, reasonable prices and best service. We will come back with more friends .

Delicious. Not too spicy, cooked very nicely. Noodles and pork were very tender. Broccoli not too soft. I ordered pad see ew pork for $13. A little more than some places but with it. In addition to the food, the atmosphere is lovely. Beautiful decor and a pleasurable space to dine in. I was on my lunch break and the service was quite speedy, though the restaurant was nearly empty so I can’t speak for rush hours.

The restaurant is lovely and they have put a lot of nice touches into it from the pillows in the booths to the elegant decor. But, the service was a little slow, which was surprising because there was only one other table with people. They seemed to be focusing on to go orders more than us, but after about 5 minutes our server came from the back and delivered and a to go order and then came to take our order. Since it was out first time we went with traditional lunch specials to see how they compared to our other local favorites. The lunch specials came with salad and a spring roll. However they were all on a plate that was a little too small for that much and as such our salad dressing was mixed with the noodle dish sauce and the spring roll sauce. So all 3 sauces combined on my plate which gave the food a slightly odd flavor. You could tell the food was fresh and good quality, but the way they served it took away from that. If they put as much attention to detail into the food and service as they do their decor, I think it would have been a better experience. As it was it was average.

After a long and tired day from Legoland, we came to Saovory Thai for dinner and had a very good time here. The atmosphere was relaxing, the authentic food was delicious, and overall, the customer service was wonderful. Abby was extremely nice and helpful to the customers.

We ordered food from this place through GrubHub.I really liked their Pad See Ew Noodle with shrimp, Thai crispy rolls and Thai Iced Tea . Shrimp wasn’t very big but it was very tasty and flavorful. I also liked their curries red and yellow , papaya salad is also good . And you feel under the weather Tom Yum Soup will pick you right up

Thai food is my favorite cuisine. I moved here about a year and a half ago and have tried about a dozen Thai food restaurants since I’ve been here. I haven’t found anything I really liked, with the exception of Bangkok Bay in Solana Beach which is a long drive…UNTIL TONIGHT!! This will now be my go-to place for Thai food. I’m so excited to have found this place! We hadn’t tried it before because the area it’s in seems a little sketch to me but don’t be fooled – this is a hidden gem. We had Yellow and Panang curry and Pad Thai takeout. My whole family loved everything. The two curries for me were out of this world. Even the rice was amazing. Pad Thai was also excellent though I prefer wider noodles. Can’t wait to eat leftovers for lunch tomorrow, and to try other dishes as well in the future. Thank you for an excellent meal!
