Came here for dinner, and it was absolutely amazing. The customer service from the owner was great – she cooks everything herself! Had great conversation and really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend stopping in – it’s literally a home cooked meal with everything fresh! Support local businesses like this one!

Our first time going to Savory Sweet was by chance. We set out to eat elsewhere and it was closed. We were unsure what to make of the place because the sign out front said Savory Sweet Confections and through the window all we saw was what looked like a bakery shop. I finally saw the stuffed burger sign on the window and decided to give it a shot. The owner served us kindly. Chatted with us and gave us a run down on how things were prepared. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and my Husband got a burger. The first bite of my sandwich was absolute heaven! Juicy chicken breaded with a flavorful crispy batter, fresh roll and just enough bacon to not overwhelm but compliment the chicken. My Husband absolutely loved his burger and it was cooked to perfection. If I had one suggestion it would be to make it an obvious restaurant. The place is within a stones throw of 2 busy bakeries but with this menu front and center there would be lines out the door. Absolutely delicious, it was a pleasure.

Highly recommend all vegans visit this spot on their trip through the Catskills. We got the vegan chicken noodle soup with the bread bowl which was perfect for the fall/winter weather outside. The soup was delicious and good portion. We also got 2 vegan chicken sandwiches. For starters, the vegan chick’n patty is homemade in store and the BEST we’ve ever had. We travel often and have tried many Chick’n patty’s, but this is the best by far. It tastes like real chicken (even better actually). I want to say this in the kindest way possible because I truly mean these are the best we’ve had, but the sandwiches were a bit over spiced. These sandwiches are the real deal and so flavorful on their own. They don’t need all that sauce on the sandwich because the flavor is so amazing on its own. Next time I would request no seasoning/sauce on my sandwich because we enjoyed the sandwich so much just as it is. The sauce just takes away some of the beautiful flavors that the awesome cook created! Can’t wait to return to this spot on our next trip.

Such an amazing little place to enjoy a delicious homemade burger. I almost felt like I was a guest at her home. She chatted while she grilled up perfect burger and fries. It was too big to eat by hand but I managed.

Well, my experience could have been better. I want to start out by saying that my interactions with the staff were friendly and pleasant and this area needs a place like this.
I ordered two Stuffed Burgers and a large Mac n Cheese. I ordered mine to be well-done and my girlfriend ordered medium-well. My burgers (seemed to be two patties) were both very pink and luke warm inside. My girlfriend’s burgers happened to look like uncooked hamburger meat. She ended up barely eating any of the Chris’ Stuffed Burger because of it. I do not like burgers to be pink at all (hence the ordering of well-done) so my burger being largely pink certainly made me uneasy.
The large Mac N’ Cheese happens to be pretty yummy and I’m happy about that – it’s very cheesy!
With all of this being said, I was certainly looking forward to this place being good because I’m a foodie and this is right up my alley. I don’t want to speculate, but perhaps the reason it was this way was because I ordered later at night (ordered around 7 PM and picked up around 7:40)? Overall the taste was good, and perhaps I will end up giving it a second chance in the future.

Stopped by for a coffee and chatted some with the owner! She was lovely and helped us pick out the perfect coffee according to our personal preferences from the several kinds she had. Her strawberry crumble cake is delicious, and pairs perfectly with the international coffees she serves. Do recommend if you want something tasty and good conversation.

Small cute eatery that serves delicious bites and food. Inez makes everything fresh. The burgers were freshly ground steak- so delicious and big portion. My daughter can’t stop talking about the chicken fingers. We had a reg Mac and a kimchi Mac- real cheese- stringy and scrumptious. Eat here and you’ll leave happy and satisfied. Inez makes you feel like you’re eating at her home. Great convo and great company. She runs the place on her own and takes pride in what she feeds her customers. Seriously the best food in town!!!

First time trying this place . I was craving macaroni and cheese since a few days but they was closed Monday and Tuesday . But finally it’s Wednesday and got me this delicious macaroni and cheese with chicken and roasted tomatoes . Omg so delicious like real southern food . The cake was delicious as well . My friends and I decided to stop here while staying at the casino to have something different for breakfast. We could not have been more satisfied with our meal. Everything was made fresh to order and any modification could have been made. It was so lovely chatting with the owner and getting to know about her background. She made us all custom coffees based on what we told her we liked and they were the best coffees we’ve ever had. It was such a lovely experience and I can’t wait to go back next time we are in the area!
