We ordered the A1 spring rolls, chicken pho, and fried rice. Everything was so flavorful. Just the right amount of spice and nothing was overly salty.

This is a newly opened Vietmesse restaurant in Porter Ranch. The marinated crispy chicken is the best with tender and juicy. The Vietmesse coffee drink is also excellent.

I’ve seen the store under remodel and under construction for a while. Popped by to do some Grocery shopping and saw the place open and decided to try it. No regrets the beef soup base was clear and delicious.

This is the best pho place I’ve ever had in many years! I ordered the Savory House Special pho and the Pork and Shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls are sooo fulfilling and one bite made me full. Despite its small size, there’s alot of greens and meat inside and eating just one roll made me full. The pho is super delicious and very fulfilling as well. Overall, everything was just 10/10 and I’ll be visiting this place more often now!!

Horrible service, wait staff is not fully trained. My family and I were forgiving, initially, because they are a new establishment. However, service just got worse. I ordered all beef pho and got 2 slices of beef, tensions, and tripe. I wasn’t expecting that at all. I also ordered 2 orders of spring rolls; shrimp and pork. Server told me each order came with 3 rolls and I got 2. My family ordered other dishes. The price was okay but the service, quality, timeliness and flavor was severely lacking. I will not be going back. I was so excited about having pho in Porter Ranch. I wish if they were not ready to open they should have waited until all their ducks were in a row. Instead of gaining loyal customers, they’ve insured I never return. When asked, I’ve given my honest opinion. I hope they improve in all areas, for future potential customers and their survival. We have been waiting for this place to open with great anticipation as we love Vietnamese food. Today we ordered two of the B1Vermicelli plates (Bun Bo/Tom/Cha Gio) which were supposed to include Beef & Shrimp but ours only had with shrimp and no beef when we got home. Hoping to try again and next time we will check the order before driving home.

Only 1, maybe 2 vegan options. The tofu spring rolls were gritty but the egg rolls were okay. I’ve never had such bland pho and to top it off they had no chili oil or other condiments on the table other than hoisin and a weak version of Sriracha. I had to ask and was informed they didn’t have anthing spicy, only hot sauce they had was that weak version of Sriracha. The soy sauce came in packets. I was so disappointed, I was waiting and looking forward to this place. It’s all new and pretty but the pho was so incredibly bland I didn’t even want to finish it. That’s never happened.
