The main reason I’m writing this review is because the food is terrible for the price. I ordered a chicken sandwich for $9 and got a piece of chicken on a roll. No lettuce, no tomato, no mayo, nothing – literally just a piece of chicken on a roll. A picture is worth a thousand words and the picture I’m including sums it up.
The service was also horrible. Our waitress took 15 minutes to take our order after we sat down (my wife and I) and after we got our food never checked on us until bringing the bill.
This place sucks and I bet the only reason they are open is because of the ancient people that frequent there that don’t know any better.

Love this local gem! I have been coming here for quite a few years, and food has always been great! This is one of the few places where you can still find authentic PA Dutch food options! The service is always quick and friendly, making it a great option for a lunch on the go! Prices are reasonable and you won’t leave hungry! Especially if you try out one of the tasty desserts Often when long standing restaurants go through an ownership change, the place is never the same… here you can’t tell anything is different! Still has the beautiful vintage charm that always attracts me to a restaurant!

Boyertown staple and wonderful classic diner. Food is great and the staff is friendly. I ordered the Cream Chipped Beef over the toast and potatos – a classic PA Dutch traditional meal.

Went there for first time and will never go back again. First issue, the water tasted moldy. We let our server know and she was apologetic, not her fault, but the owner could care less. Said it was like that in the area. Second, the food was a no. Burger was thin and over cooked and the pickle looked like someone else took bites out of it. Disappointed for sure!

Food is always delicious.
I love their burgers…& when they’re closed at night “All American Diner” is where we go !

Brought the kiddos in for a quick dinner. Service was good, however, several food items tasted weird/rancid/off & makes me not want to come back. Nobody in our party of 5 (3 are kids) could stomach the sweet tea, macaroni & cheese, beef soup, or ravioli. All 4 were off/gross & everyone refused to eat them. My kids love pasta so that’s strange…

We’ve been coming here for over a decade.
Always a quick, yummy, super cheap meal. Despite inflation, Saville’s Diner has managed to stay affordable, overall great reasonable prices. Lots of old folks. Quiet & nice. Classic greasy spoon, lots of homemade desserts. Couldn’t ask for a better local hidden gem.
My only request would be later hours – they close by 8pm. However, most places in our area don’t stay open very late. If you want a 24 hour diner, I suggest Michael’s in Douglasville!
Pictures include stuffed peppers, crab cake sandwich, macaroni salad (gross but waitress was nice to offer to swap it out for a new side), buttered carrots, sweet potato tator tots (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), cream of broccoli & beef/cabbage soup along with rolls & drinks. Everything delicious (minus macaroni).
After taxes & tip, for two adults, bill was a total of around $33. Can’t go wrong!

Very dissapointed to spend over $50 for a meal for it to be gross. Food came out cold and they really need to stop using so much Clear Jel as their thickener because it’s slimy and gross! The carrots were the worst thing I have ever tasted. My fountain coke was good though..

customer service can be more friendly to the new customers! We waited after being seated at least 15 minutes or more for the waitress to ask us if we wanted something to drink. She was more friendly and attentive to the local customers. The front girls are not welcoming at all. The place is way outdated and very small!

It’s our go to diner. It’s like the Cheers Bar. We have breakfast there around two times a week. The food is good and the price is good too.

Will you stop by this diner for lunch. It was a modern diner but it did have seats at the counter as well as booths to enjoy your meal. The staff were quite friendly. We had stopped here for lunch after we visited the boyertown automotive historic Museum which is a must museum.
I had the roast beef covered in gravy with mashed potatoes as you can see from my photo. Delicious !
