BEST DATE SPOT IN BOCA!!! What a charming, cozy, warm space!!! We had the arancini, octopus, and gnocchi to start… WOW. The arancini is the best arancini I’ve had in my life. The octopus was the most flavorful I’ve ever had with the BEST texture. Was not rubbery at all. The gnocchi was INSANE! So much flavor in the sauce. Not to mention; chef David… please let us buy the olive oil and red pepper off of you – it’s to die for. To finish, we had the tiramisu. We inhaled it in maybe 5 seconds or less. It was SO good. Then we decided, let’s try the cannoli. Another dessert gone in under 10 seconds guys PLEASE! This is the most underrated spot in Boca. Food is fresh, authentic. Vinny is an amazing waiter too. We appreciated his honesty and great attention. Can’t wait to come back again soon (but chef David, really, please start selling cans or bottles of your olive oil and the red pepper flakes, you have a great market there )

As an Italian, I can honestly say I ate incredibly well at Savia. The welcome was warm and genuine, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the best dishes. The fish we had, both the tuna and the sea bass, was extremely fresh and truly authentic, just like in Sicily. A wonderful dining experience. Don’t forget to try the ricotta cheesecake and the tiramisu.. absolutely amazing!

WOW! PHENOMENAL! I am half Sicilian and this was a true comfort meal. We are on our honeymoon and this was memorable. The chicken parm was so delicious ( it easily feeds 2-3) and tender and the lasagna was fantastic and decadent. We got each got Complimentary wine with our entrees and bruschetta since it was Thursday. Wow! What a treat. The owner/chef/staff are very kind and hospitable and very authentic since it is Sicilian owned and it was so special conversing in Italian with them. My family already know about this place and now you do too. Call or dm them for reservation it’s truly cozy place.

Savia in Boca Raton is an absolute gem! We went as a group and the intimate, welcoming vibe made it feel like a cozy family gathering right away. The service was warm and attentive, but the real highlights were the incredible homemade pasta—everything bursting with authentic Sicilian flavors. The rigatoni with eggplant, mini meatballs, and ricotta was perfectly balanced, light yet so satisfying, and we couldn’t stop raving about how fresh and flavorful it was.
What made the lunch extra special was learning that Chef David “Vito” Quaderno once cooked for Pope Francis and it reflects in the high quality of the food. He personally came out to greet us, chat about his journey from Sicily (and even his time as a pilot), and make sure everything was perfect. His passion shines through in every dish and interaction. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Italian comfort food! We’ll definitely be back. Best Italian in the Miami area and frankly, in the US.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting many authentic Italian restaurants, but this place is by far the greatest Italian dining experience I’ve been blessed with.
The service was stupendous, and from the minute you’re seated you feel like family, but more importantly the food is beyond simple recognition.
I was looking forward to having some sort of fish plate along with the pasta made in house, when the Sicilian sea urchin caviar linguine on the specials menu caught my eye, and I’m glad it did. The dish immediately impressed me with its appearance, well dressed and elegant in the popping colors of the ingredients.
Then I took my first bite, and I was blown away by the unique yet subtle flavor. This was the first pasta dish that left me wanting more rather than feeling overly stuffed; well portioned, and fulfilling. There was something so much more important to that taste though, and after getting to talk with the chef, David about the dish, I became immediately impressed and realized something more about this establishment. Something that is increasingly rare amongst Italian restaurants unfortunately.
You can tell David has been inspired not to cook for the profit but for the joy brought out of customers like myself who have earned a night in his company.
He treats these unique items with the care and love of someone who truly has a passion for the culinary arts, and be is way too humble in his approach to addressing the dishes’ complexities.
This is a restaurant and a chef that deserves your time and attention, and an evening spent in Savia is an evening well spent.
Looking forward to getting more accustomed to this place and all it has to offer.

Love to try new places I read about this one and thought I’d give it a try and we are happy that we did. It’s a small restaurant. It feels very homey like places you go to in Italy. The food was outstanding. The service by Sophia was excellent. We had the chicken Parmesan. It was the largest piece of chicken. My husband had seen and loved every bite with pasta on the side. We also had the pasta with the swordfish which was all the right ingredients put In. We had the tomato onion salad, which all of us liked very much. We had the Bronzino that was good. We had a bottle of Italian wine, which was delicious and we had the ricotta cheesecake that was very good different than the usual cheesecake that we’ve eaten, and also some berries and cream. The chef David, who was there came out and spoke with us about Sicily and we had just gotten back from their summer vacation in Sicily so we really enjoyed feeling like we were back in Sicily. Parking is very simple there. It’s a big shopping center area. They have a few outdoor tables small intimate restaurant Lucky for us. There wasn’t a lot of people in and we could really talk and feel that we could hear each other for a change, not like some of the other restaurants we’ve been in. This is a restaurant as soon as the world gets out it’s gonna be harder and harder to get reservation, so make sure you make reservations and try it before it gets to a point that you’ll have to wait weeks to get in

I had a wonderful dinner here with my parents. This meal is easily one of the best I’ve had in South Florida and we felt like we were eating in Italy. The quality of the food, freshness of the ingredients and dedication to authentic Sicilian cuisine makes this restaurant one of a kind. Thank you Chef David and the staff at Savia for making this an incredible dining experience!

What a hidden gem in the heart of Mizner Park! My husband and I dream of our trips to Italy, and now we have a slice of authentic Italian cuisine close to home. This place has only been open a short while, the chef David just moved to the area from Sicily to open Savia. Savia is a small and intimate restaurant (definitely make a reservation!) that transports you to Italy.

The wine selection is excellent – we recommend the Sangiovese with dinner. My husband and I split the arancini, frito misto, squid ink pasta, sicilian stuffed calamari and tiramisu. Everything was delicious! The portions were generous as well.

What a lovely experience – we can’t wait to come back. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at Savoia!

My wife and I dined at Savia last week and had a truly special dinner. We heard the food was good so we tried several different apps and a few entrees. Besides being delicious, I was absolutely impressed with the creativity and authenticity of the food. Chef David came out multiple times which was a nice touch. We had a great evening and will definitely return. This place is a treasure and a great addiiton to the neighborhood! I highly recommend!!!

Coming to Boca Raton for a birthday celebration and finding this spot was just what we needed! The portions are very generous. The chicken parm was by far the best I’ve had! The hand made gnocchi was something we will think about long after we see home. The service was outstanding and the conversations were genuine. We had to try the desserts and the cheesecake was worth the over indulgence! Highly recommend!
