“There’s a new kid in town…” …and what a great addition they are! Six of us dined there last evening. Ladies were happy with their Cosmos and Lemon Drops. Guys were happy with their Buffalo Trace Old Fashions. The food was authentic and excellent! And the prices were more than reasonable.
I gave the atmosphere a 5, but that’s because they had to hustle to get it open. They were under a crunch to transition from the previous tenants. I am sure it will be very nice when they are complete.
We had a delightful time. The service was excellent. The chef came out to make sure we were happy. We will be back!

I am from NY. I am use to having the best food. Finally we got a great restaurant and an Italian one. Marco the owner was so friendly. I wanted to have marinara sauce instead of what was offered. There was no problem making me what I wanted. The food was very authentic. Best Italian
Food I have had in a long time. If you don’t mind waiting it is definitely worth it. I would suggest you make a reservation. I am looking forward to going back.

I moved to AZ from CT. The Italian food in CT was fabulous, delicious and authentic. For 14 years I have searched for the same caliber of Italian food I loved in CT. Yesterday was the day I finally found it at Saverinos in Cottonwood, AZ. The food tasted like Nonna made it. It was not only authentic but was scrumptious. This is an outstanding restaurant…food, service and ambience. I am definitely a fan. In case you’re wondering I had the Chicken Parmesan.

Highly recommend. Great food, excellent service, and lovely atmosphere. Full bar with amazing wine selections. The four of us were thrilled with our dinner choices, expectations exceeded in every way. Word has gotten out so reservations are recommended. Open for lunch and dinner.

This is 100% going to be a new hidden gem in Cottonwood. I had Nonnas meatballs, fresh oysters, and the garlic bread, it was all exceptionally amazing. Everything was so fresh, from the olives to the oysters. Best margarita I’ve had on the verde valley by far (sorry other local restaurants), and the most DELICIOUS cannoli ever. The flavor combinations are brilliant and intentional, and you can tell the chef is an artist, not just a cook. Beyond the food, the staff was wonderful and made you feel welcomed. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Presentation, quantity, and most of all taste is right on point from any comparison! Thank you!
The restaurant is quite small (the old Ms. Misaki space), so be prepared to either make a reservation or wait a while to get in… but either way, definitely worth it!
Also, Chef Marco prepares your orders from scratch; so be patient! I prefer this, but if you’re the “I gotta have it in a hurry” type, this is not your place; take the time to enjoy your time and savor the food; it’s definitely worth it!

I am sad that I found out about this place the day before leaving to go home. If you are looking for authentic Italian food this place is a must stop. The sauce is amazing, the meatballs were to die for. Excellent. I can’t possibly say more, but please support this small business, it will be your loss if you don’t.
