I see some of the reviews here saying it’s AI generated. That is false. The videos are actual workouts with members of the gym FitNatik. The shakes are all amazing. With other supplement stores only selling powders, this a nice change. Also I can take my son there and get a tasty treat without feeling guilty about it. It’s reasonably priced and everyone makes you feel welcomed.
