We were in the mood for a slice or two for lunch, then later we stumbled upon Saucy Mama’s. The ambiance is awesome. Lots of vinyl albums all over the walls, which I absolutely loved. The house IPA was smooth with a non-bitter finish, and the house blonde ale was smooth as hell. Both were fantastic beers. Not pictured, the caesar salad was awesome, as was the cheesy garlic bread (it looked great so we chowed down). The pizza and meatballs (pictured) were out of this world. The service was amazing, and they even had a surprise health department inspection while we were there. They passed with flying colors, had to deal with the inspector, and the service was STILL top notch. This place is a must visit if you’re in Big Bear. Top tier establishment.

Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life !! And I’ve had a lot of pizza! Airy flaky crispy delicious crust to die for ! With all fresh ingredients to go along with it! I had pepperoni mushroom and bell pepper and it was amazing! Wings were kinda horrible not gonna lie but the pizza made up for it . Cool customized environment and really comfortable to enjoy a cold beer and some great pizza . Price was ok and I would definitely come again if I’m in the area! It was perfect for after a day of snowboarding. Come on down and see for yourself!

We were seated fairly quickly even though it was a busy Saturday. The food was good and the price was fair. I love extra cheese on my pizza, and they did not disappoint. We are a family of 6 (4 kids, 11 and under). We had the large antipasta salad, which was more than enough. Even had leftovers. We also ordered 2 large pizzas. One pepperoni and one Wendy’s works. The Wendy’s Works had slices of tomatoes on it, which I was not a fan of. The customer service was very disappointing. We had to wait a long time for a refill. Our server never came back. We had to ask another server for our bill and boxes for the leftovers. As we were headed out, I asked a server for a bag to put my boxes in, and instead of getting it for us, she told us where to get it and points to the back of the restaurant to get it ourselves from the server station. Even though the food was good, I gave this place 3 stars because the service just sucked! Bad service can ruin your whole experience.

Saucy Mama’s has great pizza, salads, and apps. I have eaten here before but prior to reviewing restaurants. The context for this review is a busy Friday night and that the night before a city old car show so it seemed extra busy.
