My wife and I had an unforgettable Saturday afternoon at Sauci Pasta in Saint Charles. It was our first time having homemade pasta made fresh right in front of us, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
The sauces were amazing and packed with flavor, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. It made for a beautiful dinner date and a memory we’ll cherish. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great date night spot with outstanding food!

I had to put my socks back on, after eating. They totally blew my socks off. I was impressed by the food, customer service and the ambience.
Beware, the portions are enormous. I enjoyed a Caesar salad and the dressing is house made, and it is one of the better dressings that I have ever had. I also had a side of meatballs there were six good sized meatballs in a rich red sauce. That alone could have been a meal.
Then for my entrée, I enjoyed, Deconstructed Lasagna. It was made with Mafalda Pasta, Mushrooms, Shredded Mozzarella, Provel, Whipped Salted Ricotta and Meat Sauce. I took half of it home for another meal.
Service was friendly, attentive and professional. I like the ambience, it was contemporary, minimalist and clean.
I live in Illinois, but I would make the drive back to Saint Charles to eat here again.

Popped in as a Yelp Elite guest for a complimentary dish. I decided on the deconstructed lasagna. The pasta is made up in the very front of the restaurant for guests to watch. They have 2 portions each for their pasta dishes. Regular and large(may as well said humongous). I ate a little more than a third, and knew I’d better stop. The fresh pasta was amazing. I am not sure if and when I may have had fresh pasta before. All I know is that the consistency of the pasta was perfect. The meat sauce could have used a 1/4c more meat throughout, but otherwise, it was delicious.

In town visiting from NYC and had to find a spot near a family event. Have to say that I was blown away with the quality of food here. Incredibly fresh pasta (apparently made daily), the staff was awesome. Love how you can see into the kitchen as they put everything together. They’re back there hustling! Love this concept. Definitely a great deal for the large portions. Could only make my way through half and have the rest to take home. Never seen dishes that looked this good at a fast casual spot (which I’d never do in NYC, sorry I’m a bit of a food snob). Also worth mentioning that my cousin got the gluten free pasta and he had high praise.
Bring your appetite .

We got combo Mini pastas and Caesar salads. Caesar was a lil heavily dressed for me but tasted great! The spaghetti and meatballs and deconstructed lasagna were both really good and the portion size is substantial. I’m not a huge guy but the mini is two meals for me. The full size portion is definitely for sharing.
Really filled us up and it was delicious.

I cannot recommend Saucy Pasta in St. Charles enough! I’ve been here over 10 times, and every visit has been amazing. Multiple times, I’ve timed it just for fun, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my pasta and salad.
The house salad is absolutely incredible—out of this world. Most, if not all, ingredients are prepared fresh daily and aren’t ultra-processed, which really shows in the quality and flavor. I’d recommend it to anyone.
The restaurant itself is clean, contemporary, and minimalist, with tasteful artwork that adds a professional and welcoming touch. I really enjoy the ambience—it’s modern without being pretentious.
Service is consistently excellent, with staff checking in to make sure everything is perfect. If something isn’t right, they’ll do whatever they can to fix it. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting both of the brothers who own the restaurant—they’re super friendly and welcoming.
The prices are very fair, especially for the quality, freshness, and speed of service. Saucy Pasta is truly a gem, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area.

As a first-time visitor from Orlando, FL, I was impressed with Sauci Pasta! The hype about their daily fresh-made pasta and sauces is legit.
I ordered the Combo Meal, which was a salad, pasta, and a fountain drink. The Caesar salad was simple, the dressing had a great, tangy bite. I went with the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, but upgraded to the gluten free pasta. The pasta had that wonderful al dente chew you only get from fresh pasta, and the meatballs were incredibly tender and well-seasoned. The portions were also very generous, I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, fresh Italian.

The food is great! Fresh pasta, made al dente. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service was very good with happy people. The price is really good for the quality of the food. The only consideration for dine-in is that the space is limited, we went in a Thursday at 5PM and 5:30PM there was no table left, but the food got ready really fast. I saw several take outs being prepared and everything was boxed in a nice way.

Recently found this place after my son requested Italian food after leaving Grandma’s Cookies (IYKYK). We fell in LOVE with it! We wanted it again immediately after eating it…and we live over two hours away from it! If you have ever been to Fazoli’s, their menu is similar to that BUT A BAJILLION TIMES BETTER! In the middle is where they make their pasta…and you can watch them make it! My son LOVED this! The food was phenomenal. The staff was super helpful and nice. 1000/10! Also, if debating…get the mini…TRUST ME!
