It’s a 2 which is fair. First things first it’s not a restaurant but a fast casual place. You wait on line pay and they give you a number. The place is fine. The service is actually good as the kids who run the place really care. They have one type of pasta which is like an elbow with some ridges in it. I had that with meatballs in a sauce. The pasta was overcooked like Kraft Mac and cheese. I told them about it and they offered to replace it but I was half way through the meal. Other than that the sauce and meatballs had no taste. We also ordered a pizza and it had too much cheese which caused the dough underneath it to be undercooked. Anyway it had no favor anyway. The restaurant focuses on how everything is made from scratch. Hmmmm. If you want a cheap casual place to go it will fill you up. I just won’t willingly go back and don’t recommend to others. Sorry guys

The paste and meatballs was edible, but honestly terrible. It was tomato water and subpar meatballs. Any store bought spaghetti sauce would be better.

The caesar salad wasn’t bad, but the lettuce could be more fresh.

The sea glass Pinot was also subpar, but the service was good.

My salad came with extra protein today. They gave me my money back, and a sincere apology.

what a great QSR concept, surprised there are not more of these.

Pictured here is the –
Tuscan tomato soup
Pizza mozzarella fortina basil
Pasta red sauce mozzarella
Tiramisu

Pizza was standout, followed by the Tiramisu and Soup.

There are two Pizza base option, thin and thick. I went for thin based on Sauce’s recommendation, and it didjt disappoint.

Had i not ordered pasta, I would have easily eaten another pizza.

Staff were super friendly and service was quick. I wasn’t expecting the Pizza to have been made so quick!

Highly recommend checking out the

I tried the “regular” style instead of the thin crust. That was a mistake! The thin crast is really crunchy on the outside, which i like and this time the pizza looked baked but was very doughy, floppy but not soked … it really needs a hotter or longer Ofen time!!! For the amount of dough the toppings was much too less. It was the first time that I regetted it! The thin crust is much better and the amount of toppings feels tight (from memory).

The second I walked up to the counter I was greeted by Jose. I told him my name for my to go order and he was so friendly. He asked me if I wanted red pepper and Parmesan for my pizza and he packed it right up. As he was packing my other items he asked me if I would like a water and went to hand me a cup of. I declined. Everyone was hustling and so friendly. My food was delicious. Jose said to come back soon and have a great day. Everyone in there working seemed to be having a great day and enjoying being at work. I tell you it was so nice to see that atmosphere. AND the food was Delicious!!

Horrible attitude. Burnt food. Disappointed.
It took 21 minutes fur the burnt Bruschetta to arrive (after the pizza, after the dip, then…
burnt bruscheta). How that left the kitchen is beyond me and worse is delivering it. I was done the pizza before it came.

When the pizza arrived I went to grab two plates. Later, while we were eating, I was scolded by someone. The dude who took our order and brought us the burnt bruschetta thought to come. Up to.me and say, “If you need something, you ask us, that area is for employees only!” In a really snarky tone. I looked, but couldn’t see a sign. I also have an invisible sign. It says, “Don’t bring me horrible food!” But he did it anyway. The same guy who scolded me is the same guy who thought it was good to bring a customer a burnt item with zero apology for the extreme delay (it’s toast with toppings. 21 minutes is ludicrous) and no acknowledgment of the charred bread. You could smell the burnt bread throughout the restaurant. We saw the smoke and couldn’t believe that was actually our Bruschetta being brought over. No comment, just plop in the table, our super extra well done bread with some fresh toppings to hide the carbon slice. There’s plenty of options when going out. This particular location won’t be one of them anymore. Scolded for grabbing plates, that’s insane. And I left a tip, what a mistake. The pizza was good as was the dip, but it did nothing to offset the attitude and obvious disinterest in serving a quality product. I can’t say anything positive about an atmosphere that feels it necessary to treat a customer in a condescending, demeaning way. Drinks are self-service, and if plates aren’t brought, it’s logical to think you have to get your own. I asked the girl if I could grab some bread, she said, “Go ahead.” She was fine. The guy was the rude one. Plus, the guy neglected to clean under several tables, although they were empty the entire time. It was quite slow and he was tidying up, just not the full effort. Somebody needs to work on their people skills. We were there from 7:52 – 8:25. Receipts included in the review. Do better.

For a place called Sauce there is HARDLY any sauce on the pasta. I’ve tried it a few times, each time getting the pasta red sauce. It’s always comes out a very pale color, and little flavor. I remember when it used to have the shell pasta, the sauce was always very flavorful and actually had sauce on the pasta.

Seriously disappointed that anyone would think that something this burned would even be edible. And the employee’s excuse was “that’s how they’ve been coming out lately”…yet, the pizza at the next table over had a gooey cheesy pizza…and our pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. Speaks volumes when employees aren’t doing their job (watching the oven), and others think it’s ok for people to pay good $ and even tip for “no service” and “excuses”. Needless to say, this pizza was not eaten, and was left on the table when we left.
