We had to come try The Cali and animal fries while they had them. Celebrating their 2nd year anniversary makes sense. Everyone is friendly and having fun and the food is amazing. Loved it all. The sweet Jackson tea that’s made in pensacola is great too!

Sauce Boss Burger Co. is located inside The Eatery Food Truck Park and is an absolute gem! The staff were friendly and the service was quick, especially considering it is made to order. The Brunch King is this month’s speciality sandwich and it was amazing! The sauce is tasty but doesn’t over power the other flavors. The Wagyu patties had a great sear; the gouda and bacon pulled it all together! And the French toast bun…so so good!

If you have never been here, it’s amazing. The burgers were cooked fresh the fries and tots were hot and crispy. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The peach tea and lemon tea were refreshing and delicious. Inside seating away from the rain. Heated bathrooms which were clean. Plenty of parking. Big screen TVs. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Also 6 total food trucks to choose from.

Can’t find Burgers like these just anywhere!! Both locations are great, but gotta love the smashed concept! Best wings we have had in P’cola at this location! Order online and you can get secret menu items ( the dilly dilly burger and the Buffalo chicky are my Favorites) Everything we have tried here has been bomb! Our kids love the food here too.

Absolute BEST burger and fries I’ve EVER had! Found this place over on Sun Valley Dr in Pensacola while getting service done on my car at Garage 850 Pensacola. Atmosphere was cool, Patrick who cooked our burgers was super friendly and accommodating with my gluten allergy. The sauce boss makes a very good burger. I also got a side of fries and their boss sauce. It was all delicious. They’re probably one of the best burgers I’ve had! The service was also friendly and helpful. There was even a nice shady place to hang out at the Handlebar
A couple of improvement: for a chow truck, I felt like I paid too much for a burger and fries. My total came to $25 after the western burger, fries, drink, and a tip. It was a delicious burger but those prices are too rich for me.

Amazing juicy brisket burger. Best meat of all burgers in the area. Great service and full of excitement. The outdoor seating is comfortable and creates a leisurely experience unrivaled in the area. Try the amazing turtle roll ice cream next door to complete the experience. If you think it can’t be done in a food truck I challenge you to find something better.
