We ordered pizza on Friday night for a quick, easy family dinner. We were told the pickup time would be 25 minutes. When my husband arrived just before that time, he was told it would be ready in “just a few minutes.”
About 15 minutes passed, then a few more, and he went back to the counter to ask for an update since we had four hungry kids at home waiting. At that point, the person at the counter told him they couldn’t find our order at all — despite having told him earlier that it would be out shortly. They then began preparing our order at that time.
What was supposed to be a 25-minute pickup turned into almost an hour before we finally got our food.
I understand that accidents happen and that pickup times are estimates, especially during busy dinner hours. I always try to extend grace in those situations. However, there was very little effort made to acknowledge the mistake or make things right.
The food itself was fine and the prices are decent, but just be aware that your order may take significantly longer than expected.

Super friendly staff members, excellent customer service, and quick delivery even during lunch rush. Have tried many things on their sub/sandwich menu and have enjoyed them all. Favorites include their chicken parmesan and steak and cheese. I work in the area and am so glad I found this place ! Thank you !

Great food, the staff is always friendly and courteous. There are some tables if you want to eat in, but not a “restaurant” feel if that’s what you’re looking for, its a pizza/sub/pasta shop. You can’t go wrong with their many options.

Before I even speak on the food I want to let it be known that the staff is absolutely one of a kind extremely friendly always helpful very generous and they tend to operate with the community in mind… OK now the food this Grilled Chicken greek salad I had was absolutely delicious the pizza is great the macaroni and cheese bites are a must definitely consider this a go to lunch spot as the prices were great too!
