I had a great experience at Satoshi Sushi! The food was delicious and the fish was incredibly fresh. I especially loved their Unagi Bowl — it was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the meal even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I felt lied to by the reviews. The presentation was pretty and the staff was wonderful, but I honestly did not enjoy my meal. The seaweed was thick and unchewable. The cuts of sashimi were thick as well. One fish in particular was really oily and had a strong scent. I ended up getting nauseous after my meal and was sick the rest of my evening. It was pretty disappointing because I REALLY wanted sushi!!

My husband and I went here for an anniversary dinner. We were expecting a regular sushi night, nothing crazy..but we had such a nice experience! I don’t think I’ve had such good tuna before. I highly recommend any dishes with Tuna. My husband really enjoyed their ousters. They have a large selection of rolls, which in my opinion were not overdone in variety, but just right. A nice place to find classic sushi dishes and also try something new. The chef was extremely nice, perhaps because it is close to Valentines day. We got a tuna dish shaped like a heart and some pocky from the chef! Very sweet! Will definitely come back for another sushi night in the future.

Satoshi sushi is one of my favorite local restaurants. The servers are always attentive and kind, the inside of the restaurant is clean, the decor (and plates) have a tight and cozy theme with plenty of wood accents, and the food highlights all the flavors I love in Japanese food! I love coming here for lunch and getting one of their bento lunch specials, but on special nights I enjoy a sushi dinner with one of their featured drinks!

Wow! HUGE menu with anything you could ever want! So many varieties, all beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious! Our table ordered many of the rolls and appetizers and we weren’t disappointed in a single one!! If you aren’t sure about sushi, or if you want to introduce someone to have an EXCELLENT first experience, this is the place for you!! I can’t wait to go back!

The sushi here is actually really delicious. We got three rolls, and they’re all on point! The quality of the fish is superb, the premium rolls we got were about $15 a pop but so worth. Their menu is extensive and lots of good appetizers. The only minor inconvenience was that the wait was pretty long on a Sunday night (about 40 minutes). Service seems to lag but idk if its because of a workers shortage.

We are frequent diners here, and it’s a great small sushi restaurant. On this visit, I came in on a Friday evening and was happy to be given a spot at the bar even though I didn’t have a reservation. I was not aware of the reservation option, so that was why I walked in.
The chefs and servers al all nice, knowledgeable, and get the job done fast and with great customer service.
This time, I was solo, so I ordered the Scallops and Golden eye snapper sushi. The sushi chef notified me that they were out of the golden eye and offered a replacement of black snapper, which she said was similar to red snapper. She said If I knew I’d like red snapper, the black would be good. I appreciate the recommendation and the distinction between the snappers. I do enjoy all snapper, so the replacement offered was perfect.
I also ordered the Pick Me roll (not pictured), which was a tasty roll. I can’t wait for my next visit to try their other rolls.
