This food stall is inside Marketplace at Avalon Park. My teenage daughter loves sushi and couldn’t wait to eat here. She said the salmon roll was the best one she has ever had. She described the salmon as melting in her mouth. She enjoyed her other roll as well. I tried another vendor on our visit today, but I will definitely be getting sushi the next time we return.
You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. If you haven’t been to the Marketplace, definitely give it a visit. There are so many wonderful food options!

Satori Sushi is the best sushi place I’ve come across in a long time! It’s the perfect addition to the Market Place in Avalon Park and what the Market Place was missing.
Their sushi is fresh and delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything you try here. My personal recommendations are the California and Shrimp Tempura sushi’s (yes they are safe but they honestly are exceptionally good here). Speaking with the lovely people who make up the Satori Sushi crew, they love all their sushi (obviously) but also pointed out Tiger’s Lily as a great option to try.
You can tell when a place cares and they definitely care here. Food is always immaculately presented on beautiful platters.
Their tempura is also a great option for someone who doesn’t like sushi or wants something else on the side. I loved the crispy and freshness for the shrimp tempura.
You can’t go wrong with either the vegetable or shrimp gyoza and if you are like me and can’t have pork, both are pork free!!
Their miso soup is also delicious and another menu item to definitely get if you love miso.
Satori Sushi also has delicious dessert called Snow Ice. It’s like shaved ice meets ice cream.
I’ve tried the strawberry flavor and Thai tea flavor of their snow ice. While I think I might prefer the strawberry one slightly more than the Thai tea, they are both delicious and worth trying. Beautiful decorated and packed with flavor the snow ices are seriously a non-negotiable-must-be added to your order.
I only wish I lived closer to come more often.
If you are even thinking about coming to this place, do it!

Decided to try them when I stumbled upon their amazing reviews online. I agree with the other reviews that the sushi is a little pricey but the quality is top notch. I recommend to try them during lunch when they have $12.99 specials. The extra money is worth not having to pay Doordash fees or drive 25 minutes for good sushi.

The sushi here is some of the best that I’ve had. It’s fresh and really delicious. I like that their spicy rolls have a good kick to them. The shaved ice is also great. I highly recommend trying this place!
