Brutal experience at Satchmo’s. Waited over 45 min for a drink after several reminders, over an hour for food on a not-busy evening. TV’s didn’t work and we came to watch a game. The person who was helping us trying to fix the TV’s eventually told us he doesn’t even work there. If this is a normal experience here I can’t imagine how they stay in business. They simply don’t care and the ones that do aren’t in a position to fix the problems. Will not return amd recommend you steer clear.

Absolutely loved my experience at Satchmo’s Bar and Grill! The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. But what truly made the night special was Bridget behind the bar—she’s a master at her craft! Friendly, attentive, and extremely skilled, Bridget made incredible cocktails that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Her warm personality and top-notch service made us feel like VIPs. I highly recommend Satchmo’s and definitely look forward to visiting again and seeing Bridget work her magic!

So do not let the picture fool you! This whole meal was so deceiving. The potato salad was so bomb like so creamy and the flavors just comes together in your mouth. The pork chops were so tender and so juicy, even though it looked like it was gonna be dry, and the green beans were crunchy and well seasoned. The atmosphere was really cool and price is reasonable. I’m from California, but we definitely coming back here next time we’re in town.!

Hidden gem! The food is here is absolutely chefs kiss. I love the Big Mo burger but I have had several apps and they are also good. They have something for everyone on the menu and the service is A+. Pro tip they have $2 drafts every Sunday so if you are looking for somewhere to catch the game in Creve Coeur or east side of Chesterfield look no further.
They also handled our dinner for the NEMS football and cheerleading teams with ease. Bring just yours of or a large party and they got you covered.

This place has always been a great spot for some great bar food. There are food specials each day and their happy hour runs from 3-6. $2.50 pints no too bad. Not a bad place to get a beer. But really I come here for the food, my father in law loves their pizza and I really like the chicken wings. The restaurant it’s self has plenty of seating inside and quite a few patio seating as well. The patio also have tall heaters out there for when it gets chilly. Very nice decor and layout. They don’t have a ton of tvs but you can see one from anywhere you sit. They also offer live music here Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The bar itself is a nice wrap around with lots of seats but this place can get pretty crowded time to time. They do draw a great amount of regulars and repeat customers. The bar tender I had totally kicked ass and was very nice!

This neighborhood bar and grill has a great vibe — warm woods, understated lighting, cozy bar, and a small stage for live music Fri and Sat nights. The food is very good, as is the service. Nice! The steak salad is incredible — and such a value! And they have a Sunday brunch menu.

I’m always happy to go here for lunch when I’m in the area. They seem to always have some kind of special going that’s not on the menu, and it’s usually quite good. The photo shows their Chicken BLT, with a side of fries. Now who would have thought to put a chicken breast on a BLT? It was actually a great combination. And the fries? They were done perfectly – possibly the best I’ve ever had! Satchmo’s is my go-to place for lunch in this area.
I’ve had to edit my review and drop it down to four stars. The food is still great, but they’ve really jumped their prices. I like this place, but I won’t be able to afford to come here as often anymore.

Was out in Chesterfield having a quick bite with a friend and we decided on Satchmo’s, Wednesday night they have a steak special that is pretty good. They also have other weekly specials, live music on the weekends, outdoor seating in the front and a decent selection of beers.
