We visited Sasys The Original in Prague. The starters — burrata and eggplant — were fairly average, but the bread and pizza that came first were absolutely outstanding. Honestly, it might have been the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
The tiramisu, however, didn’t live up to the rest of the meal; it reminded me more of something you’d find in a supermarket than a restaurant of this caliber.
On the positive side, the kitchen and lavatory were clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would definitely return.

Went there for some Italian food and must say it was very authentic even they have Italian beer Peroni. The service was efficient even though the place was busy the pizza arrived almost immediately. The atmosphere I rated with 3 stars because the ambiance looks boring super simple I didn’t feel like in the Italy, this could be improved. Attaching pictures from my personal visit. Enjoy

The best pizza we have had in Prague (and we are locals that live pizza and only visit top50 ranking places).
Really high quality pizza, good and fast service and reasonable prices considering the location.
The pizza was simple, the dough had a good balance and rich flavour. The crust was a bit too crispy but still good. They offered extra olive oil.
There are better pizzas in Europe but we have not tried a better pizza in Prague or Czechia. Highly recommend!

During our holiday in Czechia, my wife and I stumbled upon Sasy The Original — and what a find! If you’re a fan of authentic Neapolitan pizza, this place will have you swooning. The pizza was immaculate from the first bite — perfectly cooked base, fresh sauce, creamy cheese, and toppings that were utterly delicious. You can tell they take their craft seriously!
The staff were beyond friendly, with swift service and knowledgeable recommendations — they really made us feel welcome. It’s conveniently located in the heart of the city, so it was the perfect spot for a relaxed evening after exploring the wonderful surroundings.
We paired our meal with some top-notch cocktails (definitely worth it), though sadly, we missed out on the tiramisu… I guess that’s just an excuse to come back!
To sum it up: fabulous food, excellent service, reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend!
