Sasquatch Subs was built on a simple idea: serve great food, treat people like family, and create a place our community can call its own. Founded by husband-and-wife team Brad and Trista, Sasquatch Subs grew from a kitchen-table dream into a local sub shop rooted in hard work, family values, and heart. Our family has been part of this community for generations, and this is our way of giving back. From hearty subs and homemade soups to Trista’s in-house lefse, everything we serve is made with intention — no shortcuts, just comforting food done right. Our mission is to provide high-quality food in a welcoming space where everyone belongs. At Sasquatch Subs, you’re not just a customer — you’re part of the Sasquatch family.

There were about ten people in the small space, but they managed to get the orders out in about 15 minutes, which wasn’t a long wait. After most of the customers left, it was just my partner and me, and the owners were nice enough to chat with us. They demonstrated excellent customer service skills, were very polite, and even apologized for the wait, even though we hadn’t waited long at all.
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. It stayed really hot until I finished it, even after about 10 minutes, so I thought that was cool. I have to highly recommend this mom-and-pop shop if you’re local or just visiting. The vibe is glad you’re here, and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk up to the counter. I highly recommend this fine establishment to any foodies and anyone who loves a well-made sub!
We will be back! Thank you, for being awesome and so kind!
So being the foodie I am. I googled Hoagie near me.
I’m going to have to tell my East coast familia to go to this local lovely deli for a taste of home.
Great menu.
And next time I will be getting those fried green tomatoes.
So excited.
Humble chef with good vibes all the way around.
I forgot my peppers.
Without was still amazing.
Also. They have those pickles in a jar.
If you’re not from the east coast.
You wouldn’t get it.
Enjoy. Worth the trip.
So today, after attending my granddaughter’s Piano Recital. & running errands we ordered take out; One Hot Italian and one Banh MI.
The latter was my favorite as it was the best I’ve had in the area—-most from Vietnamese Restaurants are dry with hardly any condiments but this was AMAZING! The Pork Belly was tender, juicy, and well marinated. The pickled Carrots & Daikon were tasty and had the right amount of crunchiness. The cherry on top was you could taste Cilantro in the background—-most places put either too much on or not enough. Like Goldie and The 3 Bears, “it was just right!”
A Stanwood hidden treasure. A must visit again next time I’m in town.
The pastrami is stacked high, tender, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of smoky richness. The spicy pickles add a nice kick that cuts through the savory meat, giving every bite a pleasant heat that keeps you coming back for more.
Great ratio of bread to filling.
Try it!
