A truly special birthday experience
We had an amazing time at Saskatoon Lodge in Greenville for my husband’s birthday. It was such a unique and memorable experience from start to finish. The ambience was absolutely excellent — cozy, warm, and inviting — and we were lucky enough to get a table by the fireplace, which made the evening feel extra special.
Our server Lawrence was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the night even better with his great service and recommendations.
Everything came together perfectly — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place for a special occasion or a romantic night out.

I recently dined at Saskatoon Steaks Fish and Wild Game in Greenville and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and rustic, perfect for a unique night out. Their menu really stands out with a variety of wild game and expertly cooked steaks — everything we tried was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff did a great job explaining the more adventurous menu options. It was my 66th birthday dinner, and we again used my Birthday Discount Certificate, which had arrived in the mail earlier in September, to get $20.°° off my wife’s entrée! We began by sharing the Stuffed Portabello Mushroom appetizer; then I had my favorite main course, the Remington Half Duck, while my wife chose the Rack of Lamb… both were delicious, and as usual we traded tastes! We boxed part of our meal to-go, to save room for dessert and coffees: we ordered the warm bread pudding, which also was delicious! Our server Randy was both informative and attentive, as always! Saskatoon Steaks, Fish & Wild Game is my favorite restaurant… Edmund and Renée have created the perfect venue to celebrate every occasion❣️

This was our first time dining here and the experience was a 10/10! Our server, Tumboura, was amazing and very helpful in helping us choose what we ordered. We ended up with the Aged NY strip and Elk loin for entrees and I definitely recommend the Elk Loin! It was different and the taste was rich. For an appetizer we had the wild game sausage and we were surprised at how much we liked them! The vibes were awesome as well and reminded me of staying in a mountain cabin. Also, anyone who dines here absolutely has to order the bourbon bread pudding with ice cream. 1000/10! Highly recommend this place!

We visited for the first time last night and had a great experience. I had the pecan crusted salmon and it was awesome. My husband loved the mixed grill. We were surprised at how quickly the food arrived. Our mixed drinks were unique and delicious. The atmosphere is outstanding! I loved that the noise level is low, so that you can enjoy your conversation. It really felt like a top notch experience.

My daughters made reservations for their birthday. The greeting wasn’t updated when we arrived but was there when we left; although, one of my daughter’s names was misspelled. Our server Haylea was excellent. She made my experience so much better because she was thoughtful and thorough ensuring that I made gluten-free choices. The gluten-free bread was delicious. My daughters ordered the Berry&Bark cocktails and enjoyed them. We ordered the wild game sampler, blackened prime rib, medium sirloin, and well sirloin. Everything was divine but my daughter’s prime rib was exceptional. I kept stealing bites. All of the cuts were tender, juicy, and flavorful. My baked potato was perfect and the mixed vegetables paired well with the meats. It was a wonderful birthday treat for them.

It had been 20 years since I visited last. The location and ambiance are great with that cozy lodge feeling and warm fireplace. The food was amazing. I had the sausages for an appetizer and the main course was the huntsman platter with Venison, Kangaroo, and antelope all cooked perfectly. I ended the evening with a cappuccino and the chocolate mousse dessert. If you want that lodge experience with food cooked to perfection Saskatoon is the spot!

Gabby was a fantastic server! Very detailed oriented, friendly, pleasant, helpful in reviewing the menu. First time eating here and it was a great experience. Had the Huntsmen Platter: deer, kangaroo and antelope, the chef cooked to perfection great salad and sides as well.
