Ordered from DoorDash after looking at reviews there and here. The 8 Garlic Knots have a nice crispy outside and pillowy soft inside. Someone, somewhere, recommended they heat the marinara, and they listened. Overall, the Margherita pizza was okay. I ordered olive oil and garlic sauce because I don’t like marinara on this pizza. The sauce was fresh. The crust was exactly what I was looking for. Crispy but also fluffy, I’m not finding the words, but if you know, you know. I think it has herbs sprinkled on it, and that reminds me of my favorite pizza joint back home. There was a good amount of tomato and cheese, not too much, not too little. The basil is where it’s lacking. when you only have a three ingredient pizza, you should get more than one or two bites per slice that have all three ingredients in it. Maybe if I ordered for pick up or dine it it would have been different, I’m not sure. But, overall a solid pizza and one of the better Margherita pizzas I’ve had living here.
The only reason I didn’t fill in a lot of the extras on the review is because DoorDash is always more expensive and I haven’t been to the restaurant.

We ordered a large Cheese pizza with one topping with pepperoni on the menu board it says $11.99. We got charged $14.54 plus tax $15.74. That is a huge difference did not seem right. Will not return again.

I ordered this as an Uber delivery this evening. The restaurant on Uber was named Pasta King but food came packaged in Saruzzo pizza box. Strange.
Either way I wanted some chicken fettuccine. I was so disappointed to receive dry spaghetti noodles with chicken and cheese burnt on the top. Did I say it was sooo dry. So disappointed. Maybe someone forgot the sauce?

We recently ordered from this pizzeria, trying their Hawaiian, Meat Lovers, and Alfredo pizzas. While the flavors were good, the crust was a bit hard. We also ordered garlic knots, which unfortunately were overcooked.
For $60, I expected a higher quality and more impressive experience. The pizzas were decent, but not exceptional.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly, particularly the gentleman at the front desk.
Unless I’m in the area, I wouldn’t go out of my way to return. Maybe with some improvements, this pizzeria could reach its full potential.

The first photo is what was left of my husband’s slice of pizza- most of it as it was inedible. It seems as though the ingredients are cheap and frozen like the pictures of the miniature sausage as seen in the fourth and last photos. They are clumped together in some semblance of cheese that seems like a joke. The pepperoni pizza was left mostly untouched as we ordered thick crust and light sauce, however the pizza looks pretty saucy and it is quite literally flavorless. I seriously could’ve gone to little Caesar’s and been satisfied for a fraction of the price and it’s honestly what I should have done. The only reason I even ate a slice was due to hunger and even then I regret eating the singular slice. The garlic knots were also the weirdest tasting knots I’ve had in my life. As you can see, the ham looks like it was taken out of a dollar store ham packet and just thrown in. I almost thought this was a joke but it surprisingly is not and it’s quite a disappointment.

The pizza crust was crunch at edges could have been crisper near the center. Sauce was a good marinara with a spicy herb flavor. Service was a friendly and courteous. Ambiance is a pizza joint. Acceptable and nothing to fancy.

I am somewhat of a pizza snob. Born and raised in New England, I love New York style pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve found in the area. I’ve tried quite a few places that have disappointed me, and I was a little nervous to try another new place. But Saruzzo’s did NOT let me down!! The crust was a LITTLE soft, but still really good. I LOVED the garlic knots-they reminded me of my favorite pizza place back home. As a transplant from an area known for pizza, this is definitely a place I will recommend to others if they’re looking for a REAL New York-style bite. And they’ll definitely get all my pizza orders any time I’m craving pizza like I ate back home.

Horrible Horrible Horrible…will not go back. Our second time ordering from here. Ordered 2 Regular Crust Xtra Large pizzas. Ordered the food at 6:35, told it would take 15 min. Came back at 7:05, 30 min later and was told they lost our order slip and it would take another 15 minutes. Finally the pizzas were ready at 7:30. Got home, both pizzas were very very greasy, not regular crust, instead it was thin crust with pesto on it. I could literally fold my pizza into a squished up taco. What a waste of $43, never again. Don’t waste your money here unless you want greasy, limp pizza.

Wow! I’m not from around here. I sat in the Kroger parking lot looking for something to eat near me. And it had to please me, my husband, and my parents. No one had any input after I read off 27 places. So it was up to me to decide. Pizza pleases everyone right?!
We walk in and the cashier was extremely welcoming. Available for my 42 questions. Very accommodating to all of us not eating pork. Even cleaned the pizza cutter before slicing our pizza.
We ordered cheese pizza (delicious), Manhattan Calzone (mouth drooling), and Philly Cheesesteak Hoagie (OMG yum!). Also ordered garlic knots and mozzarella cheese sticks. Food came out piping hot and mouth watering delicious! Staff is very friendly and personable. Can’t say enough good things. Easy on the budget, cost us $45 and we took half the food home.
