Been here before and the sandwiches were good. Not today. The batidos were good. The service was very slow despite being empty (2 other tables). Ordered the churrasco sandwich looked great, but the meat was full of grizzle and inedible. They were very polite and removed it from our bill. The did give us complimentary churros. Very sad that the quality wasn’t what it used to be. Not worth the price.

Been on the list for a while and finally visited the city. Went with the original cuban and it was fantastic. Quality ingredients, toasted to perfection, delicious bite after bite. Staff were friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

This place was the bomb in the 80’s, 90’s, & in the early 90’s. Was here last week on a Wednesday morning was the menu order a original 16-inch sandwich with order of french fries a lemonade and a coke. Y que $45.00 ♂️. The bread tastes old. I know that the Original owners are pissed. The place smell moldy.
The menu for breakfast starts at $14.99. Denny’s has the $5.99 breakfast. Never again.

After a friend hyped up the sandwiches here, I had to come try it out. I can safely say that this is the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. From the moment I got it, just the smell alone had me over the moon.
Sarussi has been featured on the popular TV show, Man vs. Food.
The bread is what you first are mesmerized by. This is glistening in the light and is so fresh and soft.
Then the meats – the ham and pork is so flavorful and generously added.
The cheese is also super subtle yet adds a great chewiness to the sandwich.
The pickles add a nice crunch and tartness to balance the savory and fatty meats and cheese.
Finally. The secret sauce. That sauce, so tangy, so thick, and so good. It’s imperative to have for this sandwich alone.
Overall, for the best Cuban sandwich known to man, come here. You won’t be disappointed.

Great sandwhiches and subs. The bread was soft and fillings were just as tasty. I got a Tuna and Sarussi sandwhich and there were both great and big enough to share. Recommend calling in an order instead of doing it online, the service was friendly and helpful. Fresh juices as well.

Great atmosphere with great staff who were very attentive. I had no idea Man V. Food was filmed there but it was cool to see the place was already a hit. I had the original Cuban sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce they use is super good and gives it its unique twist to the Cuban sandwich. The fritanga wrap is another huge hit with the typical plate you would get in a fritanga all in a wrap!

I ordered a steak sandwich and a Palomilla meal the steak is really bad quality it had so many veins in the steak really bad cuts of steak its definitely not worth the price and not what it used to be in the late 90s, not coming here again. Nasty and a waste of money.

Sarussi’s hands down has the best Cuban sandwiches I ever had. You can sit wherever you like, which is awesome, but that’s not even half the reason for the rating I give it.
I ordered the croqueta preparada and the moment I bit into it I was in love. It was such a burst of flavor. The croquetas by themselves were the best I ever had.
The service was also great. Our server, Norma, was an absolute sweet heart. She was ontop of things and extremely polite. Word of the wise, it helps to speak Spanish here.
