One of my go tos for ordering food, for years I regularly get my pizza from this Sarpinos. There are seasonal special pizzas which can help if you want to try something new.

We were a frequent Sarpinos customer until our last couple of deliveries. We paid for extra toppings, but did not receive them either time. I let the last time slide since it’s been pretty good, but this time…pizza was over cooked, no extra toppings and it took over 1.5 hrs for the first delivery. We couldn’t get through 2 single slices as it was like eating over cooked pizza dough and with no toppings. I called back and asked for a different pizza. Delivery time was estimated at 1-1.5 hrs. I waited 1.5 hrs and called asking for update. Was then told another 45 minutes before delivery. I asked for a refund and thankfully received it. They really could use better cooks and more delivery drivers. Guess I’ll go back to Rocco’s pizza.

Worst location by far. The employees are absolutely rude. They do not know what they are doing. The tracking system says an order is done and ready to be picked up and you go in and it’s not even started. Not to mention their prices are HIGHER than any other pizza place. Stay away unless you want to pay $50 for 3 pizzas that take an hour for carry out. And don’t try to complain or ask for a refund either because they will be even ruder and void your order and afterwards tell you it takes 15 days for you to get your money back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Train your employees basic management skills. Because apart from taking money and making a pizza they have absolutely no other life skills or customer service skills.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the cheesy bread for delivery. The cheesy bread was good, and the marinara was mediocre. But the Alfredo sauce was very bland, and the chicken tasted like it came from a watery can. I was not able to finish my chicken Alfredo. I’ve bought better Alfredo sauce from the dollar store.

It’s not often I eat something so good, I dream about when I can have it again. Enter Sarpino’s. I’ve never had a bad order. Delivery is fast and friendly. The app makes ordering a breeze (and usually offers excellent discounts). All of their pizzas are top-notch, but my favorite is the Midnight Express: covered in their thick sauce, spicy ground beef, salami, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, jalapenos, red chili peppers, and a gourmet cheese blend. It’s spicy heaven in my mouth. Their cheesy bread is even better than Topperstix. Whenever I visit St Paul, ordering their pizza is a must!

I ain’t never eaten the pizza here, not once, but from the tales I’ve heard passed around by honest folk and drunk liars alike, I’m convinced it’s the best pizza in all of Minnesota. Maybe even the whole damn country. I’d ride fifteen hundred miles on a tired horse just to get a slice, no question. The lady who picks up the phone is real kind, but she’s a little unc, not gonna lie. Says things a bit strange, like she’s seen some things. Feels like one of them places you don’t gotta try to know it’s special.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I liked the pizza the first time it was delivered, but today, it was terrible. I was so embarrassed because I raved about how good this place was, so we ordered a lot, and when we got home and looked at it, ick! It didn’t look like the dough had rizen, and the crust was near burned as well as the cheese. On the half with the green peppers, they had put so much on that that’s all you could taste, literally! We then opened the Italian cheese sticks. They were burned, and the cheese was not melted but looked over cooked. I will not recommend or be going to this place, I’ll be going back to my original Rocco’s right across the street. They always say stick with what you know you ❤️

The manager did respond to this review and wanted to make things right, which I think is awesome they took the time to get back to me. My second order was mucho better!! It looked appetizing and the way it should look. The taste was amazing, and I will change my stars to four. Things happen. it’s how we recover. I posted some pics of the two pizzas and calzone that was ordered.

I was searching for a pizza place that’s not dominos. Most of the reviews on here were great and thereare responses from the business. I took a chance and I must say it was delicious and on time. My son gave yall a thumbs up and so do I. We look forward to try other things on the menue. (Picture is Alfredo pizza and Buffalo wings).

We have always really liked Sarpino’s. We order frequently from there. Probably the only ones that don’t charge a delivery fee. I also love that they have a curbside option available. If I ever have a problem, I let them know and the manager is more than willing to make it right and make you happy. To me, that’s great customer service. Their Hawaiian pizza is delicious. Kids love the pepperoni pizza and the deserts are also very yummy.
