I was hungry and wanted to try this place for the first time I tried ordering online but the web site didn’t work so I called the place to get my food, the guy who answered was completely disrespectful has no idea how to talk to people a perfect example of an illmannered individual. Giving them a second chance I tried ordering my food and while I was ordering the guy called his manager who hung up on me giving them the benefit of doubt I called back to finish my order to which the guy replied they do not acknowledge online coupons and the said that it’s a corporate mistake. I hope this place closes soon we do not need this sort of business in our community it’s unsafe and causes a threat to rising societies

This is my first time ordering from here. I ordered pizza and jalapeño poppers from this restaurant and had it delivered. When it came the food as seen in the picture was clearly uncooked. I immediately called and asked for a manager and there was none available. I absolutely do not like to give one star but I have no choice in this case. Hope you guys can resolve it.

I just keep on coming back to try all the new vegan options. This time I tried the calzones and beyond chicken tenders. Both were delicious. A year ago I never went to Sarpinos and now I’m a regular customer because of all the amazing, clearly labeled vegan options. Thank you for adding them, keep ’em coming!

Ordered twice from here. First time was amazing. We were very happy. 2nd time they messed up my order. We asked for extra Bleu cheese and got marinara instead. Called to get it fixed, they said we will send you your cheese but you have to wait 30 to 45 min or come back tomorrow for a $5 credit. What?! My pizza is going to be cold and what is $5 gonna do. I wanted the sauce for my pizza. That’s what I was looking forward to. Finally I had to ask for a manager and he gave us a cheesy bread with the Bleu cheese but something was wrong with the Bleu cheese. I don’t know if they messed with it or what but we all got sick the next morning. I’m very unhappy with this place. Perhaps the first time was just a fluke…

Very appreciative of the vegan options for pizza and vegan cheese garlic bread, as there are next to no options in the area, none if you’re looking for a fast pizza delivery. Both were quite good especially the vegan cheese garlic bread. Good quality control and delivered fast and hot. No complaints and thanks again for the vegan options.
