I visited Miami and decided to order from Sarpino’s after a night run. The last time I was in Florida, I stayed in Fort Lauderdale and had an excellent experience with their Vegan Lovers pizza, so I was excited to order again.
Unfortunately, this location was very different.
When I called to place the order, the staff member on the phone was standoffish from the start. I asked about the vegan pizza we previously enjoyed and tried to describe it (calling it the “vegan meat lovers”), and instead of helping me figure it out, she responded with attitude. My friend also requested no mushrooms, and when I asked for that adjustment, her tone got even more unwelcoming. Before I could finish saying we would just order through the app, she hung up on me.
We debated canceling altogether, but my friend reminded me of the great experience in Fort Lauderdale, so we decided to give it a chance. We picked up the order on the way to our stay, and upon arriving, my friend was told by the front desk employee to “never order this pizza again,” which felt incredibly unprofessional.
When we finally got home and opened the box, the pizza wasn’t well done as requested, was soggy, lacked flavor, and the toppings were very sparse. The pepperoni was buried under the cheese, and the whole pizza looked messy.
Overall, the service and quality were disappointing, especially compared to the Fort Lauderdale location. I hope the management addresses these concerns, because hospitality and consistency matter and this experience missed the mark.

I ordered deep dish pizza and the dough was raw. Both me and my significant other were on the toilet one hour after with the runs great way to spend a Sunday.

The Best Pizza place in town… They have a wide variety of foods other than pizza like wings, salads, sandwiches and everything is always made fresh and the big bonus is they are open late 7 days a week.. Give them a try you want be disappointed I promise

It is a good place to come and have good pizza. It has a lot of pizza options, as well as pasta, calzone, salads, sandwiches, wings, appetizers, and beverages. Good for family or friends and good atmosphere. Also service was good. Paid street parking in front. This is a spot in downtown Miami, so it is walking distance to most places.

I’m in town for vacation and stopped by this cozy little pizza place. I didn’t expect much but I was quite shocked by how amazing it was!! I got the chicken Alfredo pizza and my friend got pepperoni and it was awesome!! Perfect crust, perfect cheese, and ingredients fresh as ever! Highly recommend!!!!!

The best cheesy breadsticks and calzones!!! They take their time and use quality ingredients, and it really shows in their food! This place is hands down the best, most consistent calzone spot in Miami. Oh and their garlic sauce is AMAZING!!
