I absolutely love Sarpino’s Pizzeria! The pizza is consistently delicious, and the thin crust is exactly how I like it — perfectly crisp with great flavor in every bite. Delivery is always quick and reliable, which makes it even better when you’re craving great pizza. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing pizza in Evanston!

Ordered a vegan deep dish with vegan sausage and onion. Absolutely fabulous, just like real cheese and sausage!! The sauce seals the deal, perfectly seasoned, not too much or too little and the crust blew me away. All in all a great new find for a vegan in Chicago! Can’t wait to try the vegan calzone I saved for later! Oh, by the way, I’m a total foodie!

Called to ask a question and the male who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked about the dressings he told me to look online in which I had looked already. When I went in the guy at the counter looked as if he had a long day an was exhausted I made small talk in which he provided a free dressing which made up for the flat affect and the unwillingness to assist by phone. The salad was amazing and the atmosphere was quiet and well kept.

Vegetarians: they have Field Roast pepperoni and plant-based Italian sausage! And you can customize for fake meat, real cheese. The calzone customized with both plant-based proteins, dairy mozzarella, and red peppers is excellent.

okay I’ve never heard of this restaurant before last week when I tried one on a whim, because it was the only place open at the time. didn’t expect much but got a personal pizza with black olives and onions and it was the best pizza I’ve had in my life. The bread is amazing…I was thinking about it two days later and took the family here. Asked if there was any specials and he said if we signed up for the app we would get 15% off. He was happily telling us about the pizzas and the rest of the food they had, it’s very nice to see somebody that knows a lot about what they do and enthusiastic about it. anyways we were given a nice discount despite only placing a $35 w/tax order. The food is wonderful. We also tried the wings (9?), they only had a couple of flavors available thay day (sold out) but they gave us barbecue on the side which is what we wanted anyways. The wife got some type of chicken alfredo pizza? I forgot. I got the taco pizza which was very good and not too hot with jalapenos. They were flavorful, not the type of in a cheap jar or anything. these were very good jalapenos. everything was proportioned correctly on the taco pizza so you could taste everything.
Kid said the wings were greasy but that’s a kid that only eats chicken nuggets so she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I thought the wings were great and not greasy at all. The other review I made last week said how the pizza was so fantastic I didn’t make it two and a half blocks back to my event, I sat in the car and ate it because I couldn’t help myself after one bite. I wanted to visit the same location but that one was quite a drive so we went to Evanston.
If you come to Chicago for pizza, this is the place. I don’t care what the natives might say. There’s also locations in Florida and other states.

Ordered a sausage pizza delivered early PM last night. Massive heartburn last night, spent all day in the restroom today. I knew it was coming, there was an instant “I wish I wasn’t eating this ultra-preservative/ not fresh/ fast food type of pizza” regret- the kind where you feel slightly sick right after. They should deliver this garbage with TUMS and a complimentary roll of TP.

Literally told the guy in the phone I wanted extra cheese and to make sure the sun dried tomatoes don’t get burnt! I called back to tell the guy that there’s no extra cheese and the tomato’s are burnt and taste horrible, he told me there’s nothing they can do and that I am no longer able to order there anymore. What kind of customer service is that. It’s completely unprofessional. I asked to have my pizza the way I like it and my instructions weren’t even followed. Definitely will be calling corporate about this. This is literally the only Sarpinos where I live and now I’m not able to order from there anymore because they didn’t follow instructions. Especially paying $30 for a medium pizza. Unbelievable

So I ordered this place online and they delivered it to the wrong address. Oh well it happens. They use their own drivers (so not a random dasher it’s their own employees) so I call the driver that yells at me telling me my address doesn’t exist. It actually does lol but okay whatever I call Sarpino’s to tell them their driver yelled at me because that feels not cool. I call them and say “so my food was delivered to the wr-I CANT HELP YOU WITH THAT WE CANT GIVE YOU A REFUND.” I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted to tell them their driver yelled at me but apparently that’s normal there! Called back to ask them to close the order on the app so I could get a refund and she hung up on me. Yikes. Not gonna wish them ill just don’t order from them if you have self respect.

This was my first time attending Sarpino’s and I was astonished with the amazing customer service. Niko and Villy recommended the best toppings based on my personality and style. They nailed it!

Ordered a margherita pizza. Clearly they have no idea what that is as you can see by the picture. Wrong cheese , wrong crust, wrong everything. Also, I asked for extra basil, not exactly seeing that either. The one shown in the box is theirs. The other is what it’s supposed to be..how is this common knowledge so unknown to restaurant owners.
