I got a sarokis chicken sandwich combo…the sandwich was good my only critiques are as follows. For the sandwich I would like them to add tomato, it would be perfect with a sliver of tomato. And lastly the fries were mehh after sitting under the heat lamp they were stiff…Id have them ready to drop with a fresh order I can tell they are good when fresh but unfortunately I didnt experience fresh fries. With time I think this could be a decent spot

The pizza looked cold but was told it was made 20 minutes prior, that they heat up in the oven. They heated it until it was burnt on the bottom. Total disappointment. Unfortunate for them because I was looking for a quick place to stop on the way home from work and read great reviews about their pizza overall. Not at this location!

Ordered $30 worth of food, they ended up giving us extras of everything and we thought it was nice but everything was so hard and old it was inedible. The friend corn was so dried out it hurt to bite into and tasted terrible. The fries were so hard it was gross. The garlic knots were burnt, hard and cold. The biscuits were fine. The chicken was made fresh but was very tough and some pieces either looked slightly undercooked or just full of tendons. I appreciate them giving out more food than we paid for but it was just food that was sitting there for hours on end that should have been thrown away. Disappointing… haven’t had this experience with any other location.

Best place for chicken and pizza. I love this place so much chicken is so juicy and crispy. The biscuits are always fresh and soft. Pizza is so delicious and makes me feel like I’m standing in Madison square. If you were new in town I would recommend this place to everyone all the employees are helpful and funny. Who ever hired such a great staff and a beautiful food thank you with all your marvelous deeds. Thank you for the wonderful experience and great food love this place!!!!

Staff acts like children on a playground. According to the manager to be greeted you need to “say something” or they just look at you and ignore you. Don’t order online because they won’t update the order status and you’ll get cold pizza. Don’t call the 866 number to give feedback because they don’t answer. $30 trash pizza. Bad business model

Anytime I’ve ordered carryout at this location and ordered a side of fries they have been hard as a brick and far from fresh. This has happened 2 times in a row now.. from now on definitely will be picking another side

My family and I tried this place, after all the hype on social media, the chicken was not good, my kids said the chicken tenders were ok, the biscuits were ok, the garlic knots were not good, and the fries were hard and cold, they should be cooked to order instead of sitting under the light. The customer service was top tier though.

It was my friend and I’s first time ordering for here. I don’t eat fast food or eat out a lot but I’ve heard a lot of great things about them at work and we decided to give them a try this weekend.
Friendly staff and thank you for being patient while my friend and I decided what to order. The woman at the counter, explained things on the menu well.
The food was so good and fresh! It was a lot of food and we still have leftovers. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I ordered a 3 piece combo. We got Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried corn, extra biscuits between the 2 of us. By the time we got back to my place the food was still piping hot, the chicken was still crispy, (usually it starts to get soggy after sitting in a bag for a bit). Everything we had was seasoned really well. Don’t get me started on the biscuits, they were so good!
I’ll try the pizza for sure next time.

We stopped at the gas station and saw this kiosk. We tried a slice with the vodka sauce and basil Pesto. We also tried 3 wings and a biscuit. The pizza was heated up and it was so good like that. I bet if ordered fresh it’s even better. The chicken wings and biscuit were also very good although spendy, like $9.00; for the slice and chicken, 14.00. I’d come back again for the pizza. Staff was also very professional and engaging.
