ON 2/3/26: I WAS TOLD BY DAVE THE MANAGER THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I ATE MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH THE NO TOMATO WAS MARKED ON THE RECEIPT. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK I HAD TO CALL THEM 3 DAYS IN A ROW AFTER BEING LIED TO FOR A CALLBACK. HE HAD THE NERVE TO LAUGH ON THE PHONE WHEN HE SAID “WELL YOU ATE IT” PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. VISIT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Good chicken, SUPER expensive for gas station food. You can get a sit down meal cheaper. 3 bucks for a tiny corn dog, 5 bucks for a slice of old pizza. Higher than average prices on other normal things. Workers are nice though.

If you like hot food, go somewhere else. I watched my order sit on their warming rack for 10 minutes before they bagged it up so of course it was cold and dry by the time I got home. If you want a pleasant experience, go somewhere else. The girl behind the counter is incapable of smiling and will give you a half-hearted “You’re welcome” when you thank her for handing over your cold food. I do like the tenders and biscuits and they still taste good reheated. Hopefully the Commerce store will be better.

I’ve been to this location a few times the chicken is not bad. The customer service at this location that is terrible. Before I ordered, I asked a question about the three-piece chicken, tender meal and the young woman behind the counter named Kaitlyn Was very smug and bitter With me for just asking one question about the meal. I ordered a three-piece chicken, tender, and biscuit meal. I got home and realized that the young woman gave me fried fish instead. I’m incredibly allergic to fish but good thing I was able to tell right away by the smell. So anyways, I went back up there to ask if she could replace my meal with the chicken tenders that I ordered originally And young woman Kaitlyn Had a real big attitude problem for what reason? I have no idea. I was polite and just simply asked if she could replace the food with the food I ordered. She tried making me feel dumb, like I was the one that put fish in the bag. Kaitlyn, you’re very entitled and you shouldn’t be working customer service. The chicken tenders were good though!

Absolutely amazing food. From the pizza to the chicken to the catfish. Not even to mention the biscuits. Wow! I grew up in Walled Lake and have been earing food from the store on Wixom Rd and Loon Lake Rd for a very long time. Never have been disappointed.

Stopped into Saroki’s Cellar / Saroki’s Crispy Chicken for a photoshoot. Owner Marlon and his staff were friendly and accommodating.
Don’t let the gas station appearance fool you as there is a pretty large chicken restaurant inside along with a giant convenience store. You can get some delicious chicken and pizza here along with all the usual grab and go staples of snacks, drinks, alcohol, Lottery, etc.

I called first because I was driving and was put on hold for five minutes. I tried to order online next. The website took forever to accept my credit card. It took us two tries.

We went into Saroki’s in wixom earlier this week. We ordered a family meal consisting of chicken tenders, fries, Mac & cheese and biscuits. Everything was hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were so juicy. Probably the best in town. The honey butter on the biscuits were unreal. My Family and I will definitely be returning back to this location. Definitely recommend.
