Ordered a large pizza and. Chicken tender meal and 10 wings. The wait time was about 20 minutes, Which was fine. Waited about 10 min and then had my husband take me home and he came back for the food, only to find out they ran out of wings and ended up with random pieces of chicken that have been sitting and tasted like they were fried with fish. Not sure why they didn’t tell me they didn’t have any while I was waiting. Also not sure if all the tenders are spicy but they were and my kids couldn’t eat them.

Never had a problem at this location and this location has always been our favorite but tonight we definitely feel robbed of our money. I picked up our order and all of our biscuits were rock hard and the chicken was hard, dry and tasted old and wasn’t hot at all. I feel like we were given old food. Not happy at all.

This was the first time i visited this location on 13 mile.I stopped in to grab some wings and a biscuit and the wings were dried out, and did not taste good at all. Ill continue to go to the 10 & Dequindre location whenever I have a taste for some wings now.

Typically LOVE the fried chicken, bought some last week and EVERY piece was raw. When we returned and showed photos of the raw chicken. The worker simply stated ” sorry, it’s a guessing game with our chicken. Nothing I can do about it”

I ordered via Uber Eats. The value and the food are good with respect to the price I paid and the Uber Eats deal I used. The pizza isn’t the greatest pizza in the world, but it was good enough to justify the price. The sandwich was good as well. If you’re looking for a cheaper, more convenient pizza place, Saroki’s is a good option.

This remodel is AMAZING!! They took over Chicago deli & I am here for it! Love the vibes of this brand. Polish sausage (mild or spicy) was delicious! They make the dough fresh in house and you can tell the difference. Staff was friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend

I got a DoorDash today from you guys. It was my first order. Oh my god dude. So fire. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The biscuits were so good I wish I would have ordered more. The chicken was huge and so tender and crunchy on the outside. Will be returning!

For some reason the chicken tenders always hits the spot. I was so heart broken when they closed for several months but I’m glad they are open again. It is very consistent. I have been going at least once a week and the taste is the same. Not greasy and not heavy with the breading. It’s always juicy. Even though it’s inside a gas station the place is clean and presentable. Saroki sauce is the choice. The biscuit is addictive as well
Pizza is a different story. Just not really a fan of reheating pizza but that’s just me. Taste is okay. Haven’t tried the other stuff like Cajun fish.
Update: they do reheat their pizza in the oven and it’s a buy one get one during the last hour. The guy that served me 4/22/25 was very kind. Went above and beyond of the service. Rarely you see staff like that who does enjoy helping and serving people. That’s a refresher. God bless this business.
