This is not the Sarku I thought with the yum yum sauce, (shrimp sauce) it’s changed and they don’t know what you mean when you ask for the sauce because they don’t have it, the cashier got our order wrong when all we wanted was the teriyaki plate, one with vegetables and one without, she rushed us and put both with no vegetables, the rice mushy and the teriyaki sauce on the chicken was too thick, it also did not taste the same as it used to. It wasn’t the worst but I would give this place 4 star out of 10!

Hi, went with my parents to this location at Del Amo food court it was delicious we got a sample before we got the order delicious loved the meat! I got shrimp&beef with white rice, noddles and veggies yummy! And egg rolls. Seems like so many people had bad experiences with the location but for me right now, I had a wonderful experience and it wasn’t too busy at the time. So, I’am very sorry for your experience. ❤️

Cesar is the hookup! Fabulous polite courteous service. Their chicken & beef teriyaki is flavorful with generous portions. Shrimp tempura yummy. I’ve had their sushi and it’s ok . Skip the egg rolls.

Super busy Saturday at lunch, so it’s a very popular place. I ordered on the app and got $5 off my first order. Had to tell them at the counter that I had an online order because no one else had one and I was afraid they didn’t have my order. It took a few minutes past my estimated time to get my food.
The food is fresh and very tasty. The chicken was a bit too tough for my toddler to eat, but she liked the noodles and shrimp and California rolls.
The food is quite salty, so probably best for an occasional treat.

Cashier was extremely kind, caring, and helpful as well as the other staff. She was absolutely understanding in regards to my shrimp allergy and ensured there wasn’t any cross contamination. In addition the whole staff was extremely patient and engaging with an adult that had autism. It was beautiful to see the interaction.
