I recently dined at Sarku Japan in Parks Mall, and I’m pleased with the experience. They offer a good quantity of food for a reasonable price, which is always a plus. The veggie noodles were decent, providing a satisfying base for the meal. However, the standout for me was the veggie spring rolls—they were very good, crispy, and flavorful. If you’re looking for a quick, affordable bite while shopping, this spot is worth a try!

I recently placed an order for the beef and shrimp dish, which happens to be the most expensive item on the menu. However, when my portion arrived, it was nowhere near as generous as the others who simply ordered chicken. This inconsistency is something that truly bothers me about this place. It’s my first visit, and it will likely be my last due to this disappointing experience.

A casual version of hibachi style dining. You can watch the chefs make your food and enjoy it fresh off the stove. The Japanese style teriyaki chicken and shrimp are delicious, as well as the rice and veggies. Overall, a great stop for lunchtime while walking around the mall. Well worth the price!

I had their Teriyaki Chicken combo for lunch a few days ago. The portion was a lot and the chicken tasted good. They still gave a free cup of water (some other stalls charge for even a cup of iced water nowadays). Two issues: (1) The vegetables that came with the plate were NOT FRESH ENOUGH. They even smelled a little rotten, not severely but definitely noticeable. (2) A few pieces of the chicken were burnt. I will try another stall inside the food court next time. Panda Express seems to provide higher-quality food in a consistent manner.

I got their chicken teriyaki, and it tasted fresh off the grill, just as it’s stated.
i don’t know if they are biased by who waits in line, but i feel like I got significantly less portion compared to the rest of the food lined up at the bar.
i didn’t feel like i got my money’s worth, but i did like the food.
Make sure to ask for extra gravy at the end!

The food was excellent! Chicken Teriyaki was cooked to perfection with steamed rice/soba noodles. I really love to eat there everytime I get off of work! 100% recommend to try their food. Amazing service!

We love this place. My husband and I try to stop
by the mall once a week a week just to grab our favorite double chicken teriyaki. What’s a plus is the young lady that’s usually there working named Jackie who’s always pleasant. As well as the other workers who are fast at getting your meal

We have been eating at Sarku Japan for years at various different locations. Like most chains, you know what to expect. Sarku is always cooked fresh right in front of you. It’s usually one of the more popular spots in the food court. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken with white rice, and my wife gets the same with fried rice. The portions are always huge and are a great value. If you go on Teriyaki Tuesday, it’s only $7.99. We have never received bad food at any location. You will leave full and satisfied. I highly recommend Sarku.

The food here is DELICIOUS and affordable! Been coming here for years. The only flaw is the girl at the counter looked like she didn’t want to be there and looked like we where annoying the hell out of her jus by ordering. Other than that GREAT PLACE!

Had heard highly about Sarku Japan, but this place does not seem to keep up with the standards. Ordered the teriyaki chicken combo with noodles, the noodles were kind of slimy and the chicken had nothing like teriyaki flavour in it, just tasted like over-fried chicken. The staff was rude even though it was not busy they did not have any etiquettes of customer service. Only thing good was the portion size. They serve good a good quantity for the price paid.
