I come here a few times and the food is always good to me. They sometimes offer samples. I got the chicken teriyaki for 6.79 which was the deal of the day and it came out to be pretty good. That’s a pretty good deal in my opinion. The staff are friendly and the chefs cooked my food really well from what I’ve seen. I have no complaints of them so far. Well come here more often to eat in the near future.

The overall food was pretty decent, but nothing special. The fried dumplings were below average (especially the dipping sauce) but the shrimp tempura was fantastic. I tried both the chicken and beef/shrimp teriyaki and both were pretty good.

This place has the best food ever! Always made fresh to order, always delicious, and always quick! The staff are friendly and hard-working. My only complaints are the app is kind of clunky, and the store is in the mall! If it was a standalone building I’d eat there every day or until I ran out of money. My favorite food in the world.

I don’t get how come so many people in the reviews are saying that they love so much their food. With all due respect, either their senses of taste are gone or the only and last day I have been and ate there the Sarku people did prepare the food so bad. I was so hungry but after finding the food was so horribly made, I stopped feeling hungry. Cheap food. Terrible seasoning and flavor. Don’t waste your money there.

One of my favorite places to eat inside the Mall of Louisiana! The shrimp tempura is made fresh to order and you can’t go wrong with the Chicken and shrimp teriyaki combo plate… Be sure to bring your rewards card for a stamp every time you visit which goes toward a free Chicken teriyaki plate! The female cashier can be a bit rude and unpleasant but the food definitely makes up for it! The older Japanese man that passes out samples is very friendly and welcoming!

terrible experience – i ordered 2 chicken teriyaki with the main old lady being extremely rude. wasn’t given recept and lady immediately leaves. guy in front of me takes my order. when I try to explain the situation the main chef tries to argue with me about which is order is mine. old lady comes in and both start getting extremely angry and insult me and my girlfriend in front of us in chinese. I eventually just gave up and left with the food i was given. btw it tasted like dog food and there was barley any chicken. TLDR: rude staff who don’t care about customers, bad food
