We have been coming here to get chicken teriyaki for years now. I highly recommend this place. Chicken teriyaki is delicious and juicy. I downloaded the App so I could get information regarding specials & coupons. Very friendly staff! Davi, Miguel, Jorge, and Rubi are courteous and friendly. They work hard and always smiling! Btw they cook all the orders right in front of you! This place is my favorite teriyaki spot in Omaha Nebraska. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE. The meat portions have become very small. Ordering double meat is the same as the regular portion once was. RIP OFF!!!
This is one of my go-to mall chain restaurants. The food is ok, and you’re guaranteed to get it hot and fresh because it’s cooked on a grill right in front of you. From coast to coast, Sarku remains consistent. The teriyaki sauce could use more flavor. It seems to be a bit watered-down, but just ask for 2 scoops. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, and prices went up, but that’s happening everywhere, so im not surprised. All in all, I give it an O.K. rating.

Girl working counter was awful did not care to ask the staff to put extra sauce i asked 5 times. The rice was not cooked very hard. So sad very expensive after ordering for our staff and they could care less! You ought to talk to this girl
