I have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half.. The food is always fresh and delicious! My go-to foods are the volcano rolls and the teriyaki chicken. They have other variations of teriyaki, like the shrimp and beef that will not disappoint either. The staff is friendly and welcoming, too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Every time I go to the mall I get the chicken teriyaki, and sometimes I drive to the mall just for Sarku Japan and nothing else. The food is always good, even if there is a small wait sometimes. But hey, good things are worth waiting for!

I was so excited to be getting my favorite meal. Only to be disappointed when i ate it. Not only was the price higher the chicken teriyaki was not right I ask for white rice I got fried rice the vegetables were not steamed long enough and a small amount of chicken. My mom got noodles and she was disappointed too. I have eaten chicken teriyaki for many years when it was in the downtown mall and when I come to West county Mall I get this every time.

The girl that is always there is always the most disrespectful & rudest worker. She just glares at every paying customer with nothing but disgust on her face. she is not friendly at all, not a comfortable atmosphere due to her. i work at the mall & now i make sure to avoid sarku because of her at all times.

Still the same chicken teriyaki experience from years ago from the food court and that’s a good thing! Crisp steamed vegetables with fried rice and good chicken made right in front of you. They always ask if you want sauce and ask for a second ladle of it.
