Food is good. I like to try this place whenever I am around and craving chicken teriyaki.Food tastes better than some of the Japanese steak house. Taste and quality is consistently good. Food is cooked right in front of you. You can add more sauace or skip. Service is pleasant. Can’t complain about this place. You should give this place a try, next time you are at Madison West Towne Mall.

Sarku is great! I’ve been going back since 2013. I love their teriyaki chicken noodles with veg. ☺️ they cook the food on the spot so it’s hot and fresh! The mall has mid-90s aesthetic. Some music would be nice.

Sarku Japan is always a great choice! The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked right in front of you. The beef bento box is perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender, and the teriyaki sauce is absolutely delicious. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistently good every time I visit.

By far the most popular restaurant in the food court. Bit of a wait, but well worth it. The teriyake chicken with fried rice and extra vegetables is delicious and large. Enough for two of us to share.

Food was surprisingly subpar for being cooked in front of you. Lots of rice with the chicken teriyaki but not much else. I never expect too much from a mall food court. I don’t know why I expected more this time. Definitely not worth what was paid.
